Banana --> Banana with peanut butter

Fruit Smoothy --> Fruit smoothy with cream

PB&J --> (use natural PB w/ no sugar and whole wheat bread)

Toast and jelly --> use a lot of butter with the jelly

Dairy Products --> go full fat

Chips --> chips & hummus

Pasta --> add olive oil and maybe meatballs

Basically, my favorite is to add PB to everything.  Has fiber, fat, protein, and little carbs.
