Well, i weighed in 2 pounds lighter than last week which is great news b/c when i weighed in 2 days ago it said i was still 200.5! I am under 200! It feels great! I really think this challenge is just what i needed to begin my weight loss journey! I feel like the feeling of wanting to go into the kitchen and eat EVERYTHING is slowly getting less noticable so thats something else that is going well!! Team: BLUE The scale has been showing no change all week and all of a sudden this morning it says 198.5!!! I couldnt be happier!! |

Team: BLUE no loss......i thought i had lost some but i guess the scale lied when it said 198 on monday....thought i was out of the 200's....hopefully next week will be better!!

Favorite 'Healthy' foods for me would be Fresh Fruits and Vegetables, I love to snack on almonds, fat free strawberry banana yogurt with homemade granola, and if i am craving something sweet, i eat a fudge pop...the popsicle brand makes a fudge pop....its not fat free or sugar free but its only 60 calories and it gets rid of the ice cream or chocolate craving!! Since we have a big garden this year im pretty sure i will be living on fresh vegetables for the summer....we should be able to start picking stuff here in about 3 or 4 days so im excited!!! |

Week 0. 5/5-5/7: 205 4.5 pounds in 1 week!! I cant believe i havent been able to do this sooner........i really wish i had!! Half a pound more and I will be out of the 200's.....i havent been that in over a year!! unbelieveable!! Go Blue Team!! |

Does anyone else seem to have a problem with fluctuating weight??? I am so mad at my scale right now!! I have stayed right around my calorie limit and i work out every other day, and walk at least a mile every day and my scale says i have gained 2 pounds in 1 day???? Maybe i shouldnt weigh myself every day!! |

Hope everyone is having a great weekend!!! Happy Mothers Day to all the Moms!! So, I usually try to stay around 100 calories below my limit just to be safe and I also walk every day, 1 mile minimum, and I do a workout every other day. Today I went 100 over my calorie limit......i blame it on the evil chocolate lucky charms!!....that and my undying sweet tooth!! Im feeling a little guilty, but i burned an extra 450 calories today since i push mowed the yard.....And Tomorrow is a new day!! I am loving this Smurf Mascot idea!!

Hi!! My Name is Christina, I am 22 years old, 5'4" and an unhappy 202.5 pounds......but ive lost 2.5 pounds since the 7th when i signed up for this challenge!! I am married.....I have a beautiful 2 year old daughter named Cameron Grace....and a beautiful 5 year old step daughter named Christian Paige!! I am looking to lose a total of 70 pounds but i am trying for 24 for this challenge...3 pounds a week! I love photography....and eating...lol, thats how i got to 205 pounds. I am tired of being the 'fat girl' ! I mean, i am bigger now than i was 3 months after having my daughter. I was 173 when she was 3 months old!! Thats horrible!!! But I am ready to change that....Its taken me 2 years to get good and ready to do it, but im doing it now!! I am so excited to get to know everyone on the team!! |
