rugby! Do you play it or just watch it? You mention having problem to control yourself late at night. Well, that's not uncommon. Is it sugar, or something else? Count me in, if you want. Mel |

| Weight Loss | Is this adequate cardio for now? | Jun 01 2009 08:57 (UTC) |

| That is fantastic. Take care to maintain your body tissue; in your diet you should have enough protein for that.
If you lose about a pound per week, your diet is fine. Exercise will make your body system burn more fat (and use protein of your tissue, if your intake is low).
The calories needed daily for the body at rest is 13 kcal for each pound of body weight, excluding your body fat. Say, your body fat % is 30, leaving 70% net weight. Then, the amount of calories, required for a body in rest, is: 0.7x13xbody weight . |

Hi San, you must be like the name of your favorite movie, keep that in mind. Cheese is my favorite snack, but be careful here! "Leerdammer" cheese is low fat (it has holes in it Well, calories you can count for sure on this site. Looking forward to your plans to reach your goal. One pound loss per week would be a good plan. Mind your workouts! Good luck, Mel |
