my bf isnt very overweight either - he just wears 2x or 3x tall shirts and 42 x 40 jeans and size 14 shoes. he is a smallish giant. its the only kind of store i can always find his size. most stores dont even carry anything he can wear thus the suggestion. hes definitely not a cowboy. ha

 He sounds cute.

And he can make pie crust.

It's a win-win.

TTOM coming up this weekend.  It all makes sense to me now.

I think technically, it is better to stretch it out and do it every day, but really, the best exercise is the one you do - so do what works for you.  You will still be getting the exercise.

 This is what I was going to say.  When I had my hourglass figure, I loved A line dresses - the fit and flare type that fit at your natural waist then flare out.

My status was that the vet said no surgery for my sweet puppy.  Not at this point anyway.
