"Nothing is ever perfect, did you try to put only one thing say e-mail at a time??" Yes, actually, that is what was tried first. It did not work. |

I did try that earlier, but it did not work. For instance, I have my daughter's name, username, screen name, email address etc. But even putting in all that data did not locate her on the list. It was very frustrating. The only way I was able to add her was to start a group and email her outside the site to inviter her to the group. I think this is possibly the worst site I have been to for social networking with friends that you invite to join. It only works for meeting random new acquaintances, not people you invite to the site. |

| Recipes | Experimenting with Stevia today | May 22 2009 03:59 (UTC) |

Well I have to say that I am rather disappointed with my first attempt at chocolate cookies with Stevia. But I am not giving up. I am going to make a few adjustments. Cookies only bake at a high heat for 8 to 10 minutes and should not have too much problem, but I think I did not have the right conversion for the brand I was using. So I am going to try another recipe. |

I love the smokey flavor of grilled veggies in omelettes. We always grill extra the night before with our meals and use the extra in the morning. What a treat. I grill cherry tomatoes, red, yellow and orange bell peppers, poblano and jalepeno peppers, yellow summer squash, zuchinni, portabello mushrooms and sweet onions. I dice this up into a hash with any leftover steak or other meat from the night before and into the omelette it goes. OMGD the flavors are unbelievable the 2nd time around. So delish. Then I serve that up open-faced on a toasted slice of my favorite multi-grain whole grain bread. If I am on the go, I roll it up into a whole grain tortilla and "vamos!". |

| Fitness | Weird knee pain | May 05 2009 01:57 (UTC) |

I'm not a doctor, but it sure sounds familiar. I tore my medial meniscus cartilage last July and had surgery on it to repair it. It took until about March for my knee to finally feel up to exercise on a daily basis. But the key thing for me was it caused a sharp pain to begin with and then a constant nagging pain in the back of my knee. I had the hardest time when my leg was extended or straight. Hurt like hell. Your injury sounds very close to mine. See this: http://arthroscopy.com/sp05005.htm |
