I tend to over snack also and I'm not the only person I know of. So many of my friends have told me that they do the same thing. It is a hard thing to manage but it makes me feel stronger when I defeat my cravings. When I'm struggling I often chew a piece of sugar free gum or drink water. I also like to take my mind off of eating by doing stuff around the house, or better yet, exercising. I hope this helps. |
