I've stayed on this weight for almost 5 months.. I have a small frame, small bones..
I eat a lot of stuff that's good for the immune system :My plate is always full of A,C,E vitamins in the morning :D ....and then I eat more veggies during the day... and I take calcium and B vitamins before I sleep, since I'm not getting that from bread or milk. |

thanks for the reply! I was eating a lot of aspertame products honestly..sprite zero and extra pastilles. I though it might be my kidneys saying no to it or something.. but t I've cut it out now, I began eating it when I had a craving for the stuff I'm allergic to. I don't eat milk products or wheat related stuff and I cannot possibly figure out why I have this thing on my back :( I went all panicky and thinking it was cancer and all that.. it doesn't itch inmensively but i could scrape some of the "rash" off (gross, i know) . I am a very white person and never have a tan haha.. but the rash is like tan colored. The doctor said I shouldn't be concerned.. I'm thinking I ought to go to a skin-doctor... or? |
