Thanks to all for your generous informations!... well, considering my health as of now... I think I don't have to take any vitamins yet since I never get sick and I'm full of energy right now... I'll just wait 'til my doctor recommends it... Anyway, I have a general check-up every six months and none of the doctors ask me to take one... Thanks again!...More power to all! |

i've read that eating apple before meal can decrease your calorie intake for 220 as it can fill you up quickly... it is also called apetite destroyer... eating apple decreases our risk of colon cancer too...hope this help! |

I somehow agree to you Ms Teyito... I think Japanese eat lesser because the food is so expensive... and i think for them, their priority is fashion rather than food... They would buy a very very expensive brand name clothes and accessories but you can't ask them to eat often in a restaurant... They would rather bring their homemade lunch to office than eat outside or canteen... That's how they save money (and calories???) |

Don't they eat snack between meals??..you know they've got a lot of kinds of sweets and high calorie snack here!... i can't resist it sometimes!...how can they manage to avoid it?... or is their favorite Public Bath counts?.. I used to try it twice a week for 3 months.. They've got all this hot pools (40 degrees or up)..sauna, steam bath and bubble jet jacuzzis all inside the bathroom... You can enjoy it all as long as you want (open until 2am!)...but I'm only good for 2 hours and I'm deadly exhausted... I've tried to weight myself before coming in and after I go out... I could lost .5 lbs after that... but after awhile, my weight backs to normal... Does those hot baths counts?... especially for me who doesn't really like vigorious exercise?... |

hi!... I was just wondering about your comment... Do you mean that if I take 1300 while I'm on my diet (example for over 3 months) and reached my ideal weight, I would gain some weight again if I take more than that as my body has already adjusted to it?...Please explain this further because I'm on 500 deficit plan and exercise everyday but only until I reach my goal... I will be eating my normal calorie intake as soon as I got my ideal weight... but if you said that my body will get used to it and can take more than that... ... that would really be frustrating... |
