lepitite, congratulations on the weight gain! it sounds like you had a splendind day of eats. i love it when restaurants serve their own fresh bread instead of store bought. raspberry mustard? ooh that sounds like it was wondeful!

B: Pumpkin Oatmeal: Oats, soy milk, pumpkin, banana,peanutbutter, pumpkin spice topped with 2 biscotti

S: pumpkin scone (made by moi) fresh out of the oven with riccotta cheese and maple syrup spread on top, warm glass of milk cooked with cinnamon, a nectarine

L: (at ikea) swedish meatballs with the berry and cream sauce, salad

then got home and realised i had not carbs at lunch! gasp!

S: wholemeal bread toasted with cream cheese

S: avocado ice-cream (vanilla ice-cream blended with avocado) with a homemade jocolat bar

driven, hope you start to eel better soon. looks like you had a good day though with your food. that danish sounds good! reminds me of a deep dish pizza.

hah! thought id be gone by now but nope still here.... have work today

S: garlic and herb naan toasted with roasted garilc hummus, some more hummus and carrots, an apple

L: (out with mum... argh ed came back and complained there was no cool food. darn those blogs with restaurants with amazing sounding foods... i need to be prepared next time so i can go some place i can challenge myself with a meal) toasted wholemeal flatbread with satay chicken, lettuce, bean sprouts and corriander.... no tomato =(

one more week and im sure i'll be done gaining. lol i was so sure two weeks ago that id be done then! its a week til my birthday so i was hoping that i would have had at least a week to try intuitve eating but i guess the fates aren't playing it the way i want....

and agruskin to reply to your other message I know that a bmi of 20 is the lowest and i can go higher but i have also told you that i intend to stay around 60 - 63 for a while and then if i don't get my period back then ill probably gain some more. the thing about this i really can't tell that i've gained so much weight. my ed really never paid attention to my body, only the scales and what i would eat so its been a bit easier for me to want to gain weight.

so guys i have a good feeling today is my last day of weight gain (fingers super tightly crossed) so i thought id go all out on bang and eat all my favourite foods. and for desert well lets just say i may be a demon with oatmeal!

B: oats toasted with coconut, maples syrup, walnuts and 1/2 banana near the end topped onto greek yoghurt, a nectarine

S: spinach, feta and pesto scone with heaps of ricotta cheese on top and an apple

L: vietnamese chicken salad with grated vegetables, garlic, soy, one whole chilli (!), vermecelli nooles, avocado and peanuts

S: garlic and herb naan bread toasted with roasted garlic hummus and parmesan cheese

S: green smoothie: spinach, soy milk, 1/2 frozen banana, every kind of berry, tray of ice (so thick!)

L: lemongrass teriyaki veal stirfry with pineapple chunks, pak choy, broccolli, tomatoes and onion. side of blend of white and brown rice.

S... in the midst of devouring..... and quite enjoying and my goodbye salute to weight gain.

SMORES OATS: oats cooked with dark chocolate, soy milk and heaps of marshmallows topped with 2 scoops of vanilla ice-cream, crumbled biscotti and rainbow sprinkles. ( i took a photo of this baby... lol if you saw it you'd think it was chocolate pudding with ice-cream or something =D)

so i am going to get so much 'are you for real?' from this comment but today i was poilshing of my peanutbutter jar and it wasn't as tasty as it used to be!!! aahhh i need a mental check up... something is seriously wrong!

mmmmm nummy day today. my breakfast was awesome im going to post about it in the recipie section some time so look out for it.

B: fresh toasted oats with coconut, pecans, cinnamon and maple syrup (tasted like a cross between pecan pie and anzac biscuits). with greek yoghurt and blueberries... then started drinking some buttermilk out of the carton and realised it experied 3 days ago!.... blech ( couldnt tell as buttermilk is already sour!... lol)

S: pretzels dipped in peanut butter, an apple

L: brown roll with garlic hummus, spinach, sundried tomatoes and toasted pine nuts

S: Green Smoothie: spinach, walnuts, frozen banana, dates, cinnamon topped with apple and cranberry oat clusters

D: Naan bread stuffed with ricotta, avocado, chicken, garlic and chilli. lettuce and tomato on the side

S: scoops of vanilla frozen yoghurt with raspberries, handfull of mini dark chocolate fru chocs and 2 blueberry pancakes (the frozen kind..... gasp!)

petit, geat do see you back! i can defintiley see a change.. your menus lookingp retty scrumptious and calcium enriched! =P

i've worked out that the american KIND bars are called REAL bars in Australia... my favourites the walnut and date. we dont have the sesame and chocolate one but i want it! mmm i like the apricot and coconut one too!

why_meee, good luck for your weigh in, for reassurance the calorie change probably didn't put much of a dent in your weight gain. i used to get anxious too when my sister would make my dinner, but its all about trust now. people aren't cooking just to feed you their cooking for themselves as well, so you should trust that they know what they are doing and want whats right for them as well as yourself. sometimes with eds we can become a tad self centred and forget that other people need food as well.... like i used to tell my sister she couldn't eat MY yoghurt, My avocado, MY bananas.... all silly!

B: Pumpkin and Banana oats ( fresh mashed pumpkin, mashed banana, walnuts, rolled triticale flakes, dried paw paw, butter milk, cinnamon and apple and cranberry granola and maple syrup on top

S: 2 slicesgoji and orange spelt bread with peanutbutter, dates and cinnamon sandwhiched in, an apple

L: yummy brown roll with 2 leftover chicken burgers, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, corriander, avocado, sweet chilli sauce and natural yoghurt (my friends at school hate comparing their lunch with mine... they all ask me to bring lunch for them)

S: Green smoothie (vanilla milk, stawberries and raspberries, nectarine, spinach) bowl of cocoa bombs

D: lamb chop marinated in chilli, soy and garlic with toasted pita bread, roasted garlic hummus and a salad with cucmber, lettuce, tomato, black beans and lime

S: greek yoghurt with apple and cinnamon crunchola, coconut, blueberries and pecans or chocolate (deciding now... perhaps both)

Adam, i too wish you all the best of luck for recovery! you will get there. like for all of us it has taken time, courage and motivation to get our lives going again. give your body a rest and just calm down and talk with your family. im sure they are worried and want to help you! and hey just cause your an Aussie doesn't mean you don't get good food! im one but i bought the green tea ice-cream the other day. and hey most of our menus are clean because no food is bad and once you start your recoverey you'll realise that too. good luck!

teacastles, what a weekend is right! you did a wondeful job... with such an amazing menu once again. haha see you went straight fo desert at the buffet! lol like one of my favourite things for dinner sometimes is breakfast =D

D: 2 asian chicken burgers with hidden vegies, brown rice, sweet chilli sauce. salad with grilled peach, avocado, lettuce, cucmber, tomato, nori and soy sauce

S: greek yoghurt with frozen blueberries, apple and cranberry oat clusters, pecans and coconut toasted with maple syrup, plus extra syrup afterwards =)

I am suuuuuper sleepy today. i got to school and was completley dozing off in class so went home at recess to sleep and then didn't wake up til one so i've been eating a hourly intervals cause i haave to work again tonight! stomachs in massive agony at the current moment!

i have a new life changing thought but you'll all have to wait til tomorrow when i have the time to post it... in a major rush!

Breakfast: Pumpkin and Banana oats ( fresh mashed pumpkin, mashed banana, glob of peanut butter, rolled triticale flakes, soy milk, dates, brown sugar (too much), cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger and 2 crumbled biscotti

Lunch: Spaghetti with Can of Salmon in oil with caramilized onions and tomato and additonal flavours, peas and spinach

Snack: half a large zeppolle (italian doughnut) heated up and served with vanilla ice-cream and blueberries

Snack: Pretzels and a sesame bar

Snack: TBD .... probably a quick smoothie

Dinner: Soy and Linseed Roll with chicken, salad and korean red pepper paste and natural yoghurt

agruskin, im in Australia. i really do suggest you try some of the foods... some may seem weird like deep fried cuttlefish but there are good things too like their biscuits, ever heard of pocky or hello panda... mmm i shall get some soon! I act like im grown up sometimes when im on here but im only fifteen... lol! my work shifts are five and a hlaf hours, mostly but i get a half hour break... unless one time we were so busy i had to eat my dinner and work at the same time... ugh its horrible but until i can be bothered to hand in resumes im stuck.

hmmm fear foods??? well when i go shopping i used to have a horrible compulsion of having to stop in every aisle and look at labels and then return the box to its original place, i figure you probably look at foods too like most people so why don't you just go in a shopping market and pick something up which you know you secretley crave!.... or just experiment with foods... like i never thought brie, turkey, walnuts and strawberries would ever work well in bread but what do you know i have another sandwhich flavour!

teacastles, once again wowza! what an amzing day... really good job on having that extra snack and for informing your friends that full fat has all the flavour! lol low fat cheese and stuff just doesn't cut it! you have great support!

agruskin, i can relate with the family thing. my dad is such a biger but denies it. he'll eat three tacos in 2 minutes flat (no joke i timed him) and after dinner he'll eat blocks of cheese with a whole sausage and a good amount of bread, then 3 banana, then coco pop and milk not in a bowl but a container!... that was what scared me at first when i was gaining cause i used to eat my cheerios out of a container and then when i got home from school i'd eat a sandwhich with cheese and mayo, then a big bag of chips, then that container of cereal and icould eat abox of 20 spring rolls or 10 mini pastries for dinner... i seriously dont know how i did it back then... i had a super stomach! lol!

continuing on from earlier....

snack (pre work): Green Smoothie: pomegramate fruche, buttermilk, strawberries and blueberries, spinach topped with cinnamon and cocoa breadcrumbs

Lunch (during work): yummy bread with red curry chicken, spinach, tomato, cucmber and avocado, natural yoghurt, corriander, coconut flakes and garlic spread i made

then... i went to the asian store across from work during my break ( i <3 cheap asian groceries) and found a Green Tea Ice-cream Drumstick! ít was a spur of the moment buy and totally good cause everythings in another language so i dont know what the nutritional label said.. i've figured that im gonna take on my fears from now on and really do what i want. yesterday butter, today not knowing what something had in it and tomorrow... well were making cheesecake in school!

Snack: apple, sesame seed bar dipped in korean red pepper paste 'Kochujang' ...  i was experimenting in the car

Dinner: Teriyaki chicken stirfry with vegetables and pineapple, a good serving of rice (about 1 1/2 cups cooked i think)

Snack: Hot chococlate (soy milk, dark chocolate pieces, cinnamon) topped with marshmallows and 2 biscotti

lol.. the oreo dipped in peanutbutter is stolen from the parent trap!

peanutbutter and cheese toasted sandwhiches

hot chocolate with stale white panini dough (the inside not the crust) used to absorb it all

ice-cream with heapings of milo... actually thats not all weird

i'd take a bite of hot chips than sip coke at the same time... or dip the chips in mayo or ice-cream

chip sandwhiches, original chips sandwhiched between 2 slices of bread

milk arrowroot biscuits with butter and 100 and 1000's

and those bread balls where you just eat the inside of the dough... though i still do that quite alot cause when i make sandwhiches i tear out the inside so i can fit more in my sandwhiches and then i just eat the fresh gooey dough!

oh wow i woke up to find all the nice inspration from everyone! I swear if we ever all met i'd be like some awesome party where everyone brought oatmeal or pancakes or some form of breakfast.... =O)

agruskin, yeah i just blended vanilla ice-cream with avocado... it was good ever since i made the avocado moose i've been craving chocolate and avocado. i saw a restaurant the other day with avocado ice-cream on their menu so i have to go back to try the real thing! once your at maintance dropping at 250 is a good way to start i'd say... just knock back a trail mix... easy peasy!

sophie, yay hope you like it.... if you like dates or pumpkin i seriously reccomend adding it in... especially if the dates are fresh its amazing... ooh and don't forget cinnamon!

driven, oats with baileys!!!! i love the smell of that stuff! that oatmeal sounds amazing. maybe try re making it at home and compare the two... the thing i love about oatmeal is that you can put in any combination and its really the best food to experiment with (aside sandwhiches). i don't think anyone in my house would even try any of my combination just cause theres so much going on sometimes!

while i'm here so far today....

agruskin, thankyou and only you can know what is right for your body, once you are at a bmi of 20 just stay at maintance and see how you feel. remember 20 is just hitting it... you can go higer and it won't harm you or make you uncomfortable. =O)

Breakfast: Oatmeal: rolled triticale flakes (its like a nuttier and gluier version of oats... maya you might like them), soy milk, canned peaches, chopped up be natural brazillian bar, crumbled biscotti

Snack: Green Smoothie: Buttermilk, banana, dates, peanutbutter, spinach topped with cocoa and corn puffs

Lunch: Bahn Mi (vietnamese roll) with pulled pork (gosh im addicted to pork!)

Snack: Avocado ice-cream with hot cinnamon and cocoa breadcrumbs (the recipie used butter and this is the first time i used butter in ages... yay!) and blueberries

Snack: 2 weetbix with milk, apple, (<--not all in the same hit-->) proscuitto wrapped in paw paw...

(now off to work so thats why i have such random food)

Dinner: Spaghetti with sundried tomato and basil pesto, chicken, extra parmesan and toasted pinenuts

maya, good job on getting those calories. i know its been a real struggle for you but just remeber that you are doing this for yourself and you can't take days off... keep this quote in mind:

'Life is not a dress rehersal. life is the real thing!' just think of your food as nutrients for your body. dont worry about the what if's because so far the only what if's that have kept you from holding onto your ed are the ones that still haven't happend.

eggy, ooooh i have to try grilled avocado now! how did you do it?? didn't it just mush up in the griller. did you grill it with the skin on??? must know! what flavour tofutti did you get... i've been curious about that stuff they look interesting.

teacastles, it was me who brought up that thought. i know its amazing to see peoples reactions. i can never have a pb sandwhich for lunch because i eat it as a snack.... just like i cant eat a smoothie without something else with it... people are amazed by how much i can take in!

by the way.... i am drooling over your menu and your family should be proud that they have a daughter who can make such wondefully sounding meals! avacado, tomato and mango, so simple yet soooo delish... although the granola and waffle defintiley sounds like the highlight of your meals!

Dinner: Toastie: the yummiest brown roll with grilled chicken, haloumi cheese, basil, balsamic vinegar, grilled peach, spinach, proscuitto and pepper

rebel, its great to see you back! i saw those sculptures you made in your art class on your blog... clarence is frieken wow!... haha i have no artistic skills what so ever but you well thats just pure awesome!

hopefully if things go accordingly tomorrow should be my last day of weight gain.... hurrah!

B: Overnight oats: oats soaked in milk and peach juice and mixed dried fruits. in the morning added peaches, 2 biscotti and walnuts ( yummy)

S: pretzels dipped in peanutbutter

L: Salad: avacoado and black bean salad with tomato, cucumber, lettuce, corriander, spring onions, toasted sesame seeds and a lime, garlic and 'sweet toad' brand cranberry, chilli and cocoa dressing. toasted chilli and salt pita bread

S: Smoothie: frozen watermelon and banana, soy milk, apple and pemgramate fruche and a whole try of ice (haha it was like 43 degrees today... hmm not so funny really), sweet and sour pork sushi roll

D: spaghetti with 1 and 1/2 caramlized onions in balsamic, oilve oil, brown sugar and rosemary with spinach. topped with lots of parmasen cheese (perfect!)

S: vanilla ice-cream with frozen berries, coconut and apple and cinnamon granola

zeb, haha you sound just like me .... i've been telling my mum i think i may have a dairy or gluten intollerance and thats why i get sick weekly. my friend has just been diagnosed with both and thats what got me worked up. i just hope i dont because i agree i cant live without dairy but even worse i cant live with out bread! no offence to bakers but every gluten free bread just isn't edible... its like chewing on.... well its not really chewable... =O)

oh yeah and your previous breakfast sounded real cool... was it something you just whipped up on the spot... you know burst of baking inspiration!

B: oatmeal: oats, soy milk, dried fig, dates, apricots and paw paw topped with 'vegan chocolate mousse' (avocado, cocoa powder, vanilla sugar (dont got stevia or stuff like that)).... the mousse was something ive been wanting to try forever and i did and boy it was good! seriously it may sound strange but it was soooooo velvety, smooth, rich, moist.... excetra....

S: 2 slices goji and orange spelt bread with peantbutter, banana and dates sandwhiched in, an apple

L: recap of last nights dinner thai beef salad

S: vanilla ice-cream with mixed berries, coconut and granola

B: Chocolate and zucchini oats (1/2 large grated zucchini, dark chocolate, cinnamon, ginger, oats, 1 cup soy) topped with greek yoghurt 'ice-cream' frozen banana mashed with what i had left of my yoghurt... about 1 1/2 tablespoons

S: 2 slices goji berry and orange spelt bread with peanutbutter, cinnamon and dates in the middle (really good turn on pb + j sandwhich), an apple

L: Sandwhich: woodfired sourdough roll with turkey, avocado, cranberry sauce, lettuce and cucumber (i am obsessed with this combination!!! i have had for lunch at school like 2 weeks straight.... i don't think i'll ever get bored of it cause i look frward to it everyday... =O)

S: Smoothie: blueberries, stawberries, 2 scoops of ice-cream, 1/2 block of tofu, 1 cup soy, shredded coconut

S: tbd.... im going to work in about an hour so ill eat something now...

D: (at work... i dont care if i get free subways now i much preffer my dinners) thai beef salad with vermecilli noodles, left over roast beef, cucmber, tomatoes, lettuce, asian dressing (i'll make it now), and lime and chilli flavoured peanuts

haha dont yall love that in weight gain snacks can be as big or bigger than your main meal... or a snack can be a main meal! my smoothies are equivelant to a breakfast for 2..... especially when i add on the cereal..... lol... though its not a binge so no one get intentions i just know how to make 200 calories or less smoothies fit into a large vase...! =O)

Breakfast: Green Smoothie in a bowl: smoothie (oats soaked overnight in soy milk (makes it extra thick for the morning), frozen banana, dates, glob of peanut butter, silken tofu, spinach, cinnamon) topped with apple and cinnamon crunchola

Snack: greek yoghurt with stawberries (i chopped the stawberries up earlier and then my yoghurt turned stawberry flavour... haha awesome), 1/2 chaytanya coconut and crunchies bar, 1 crumbled biscotti

Lunch: Sandwhich: cranberry sourdough roll with turkey, avocado, cranberry sauce, cucumber, lettuce

Snack: Apple pie Oatmeal: oats cooked in a bit of milk and roobius and vanilla tea, chopped apple, chopped up go natural brazilian nuts and seed bar, vanilla ice-cream on top

Dinner: roast beef with roast pumpkin, sweet potato and red onion, roasted peaches and spoonfulls of gravy

Snack: frozen guava and coconut juice box, glass of soy milk with 2 biscotti

oh my gosh! what a read this was.... well since yall probably used to me by now rambling on quite alot i thought i'd put in my opinion...

calorie counting sucks. who would want to be a frieken walking dictionary for the rest of thier life?? a person with an ed... not a person without. seriously i dont see my friends counting calories. heck none of them even know that theirs an ingredient and nutritional list on the back of food package. and if they do it doesn't bother them to know their eating something 'un natural' or 'un healthy'.

i wish i could walk into a food court and not circle it a bajillion times without having a mental breakdown because i dont know what i want or i don't know how something was cooked.

weight gain and ed recovery is not about eating ..... calories its about eating +++ meals that are not considered normal. that means having larger serves, more desserts and trying to break through what an ed would perceive as an appropriate amount. its about eating that slab of butter that just cries out spread me on your toast. its about eating what you want plus more just to give your poor mentally and physically destoryed body a break!

i HATE calorie counting just because its an obsession. i have gained my weight sticking too eating more than i want and only began calorie counting again because i saw how much other people were eating and as ed makes it a competion so i have to do better than them. 

this thread is good and bad. it brings out a competitive side in everyone even when im applauding people for how good their menu sounds my ed is screaming why cant you eat that food??? why are you gaining weight on healthy stuff??? your wasting your time... then when i eventually get that cake i chicken out and ed tells me not to eat it even though it wants me to eat it....

i think im a tad side tracked now.... as mentioned i ramble.... :D

agruskin, your competitive is shown by how much you bother us telling that 2,500 is the minimum yet why do you stay on that amount? its not a secret number you can eat 5,000 calories if you want its not gonna super drive your weight gain. but please you dont need to leave, you are wanted but i want to see as much effort from you as the rest of us are putting in, back away from the corn cob and have a big serving of pasta for dinner! it aint that hard....

well then thats what i got say bout this. hope ya enjoyed!

oh and maya, ummm have you tried cooking oatmeal in milk? and cause your a healthy person maybe blend silken tofu in your smoothie it'll make it extra creamy. i did it for breakfast this morning... with frozen nana, spinach, dates and peanutbutter... like cookie dough in a bowl :0) ad make it a whole slice of cheese makes a huuuuuuge difference. i know you share alot with your sister but maybe eat the whole apple, persimon, bars ect..... and definitley add some carbs at dinner. good luck. i know how hard your trying... im a reader of your blog!

tfournay, its .2 of a kg! its no big deal... literally i was once worked up but .1 of a kg loss! i went from eating 2,500 calories to about 3,000 everyday now and i have managed to gain about 2kgs, its not that hard to eat more ed makes it hard! i miss eating being easy too but you'll get it back once your done gaining. 2,500 is not the only number you can eat at to gain... try 3,000 its not hard just eat more fats! if you have lost your period too the fats will hlep get it back! im 174cm and my goal is 60kg. i think yours will have to be about 66kg to make it reasonable for your height. thats my opinion anyway. good luck!

i don't mean to sound stuck up but i consider myself to be a master at weird and tasty oats combinations....

grated zucchini, dark chocolate, ginger, cinnamon and walnuts (like chocolate zucchini loaf)

fresh pureed pumpkin, banana, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, peanutbutter and topped with cranberries (Favourite combo in a green smoothie)

banana and topped with frozen blueberries, yoghurt, maple syrup and toasted coconut

banana, dates, walnuts (makes it like banana bread)

baklava: dried fruits, pistachios and walnuts, cinnamon and rosewater topped with greek yoghurt and honey

and my favourite topping to any hot oatmeal..... ICE-CREAM! gosh it makes it taste like a desert.....

ice-cream tastes really good with the chocolate zucchini one with crumbled biscotti

if you wan apple pie with ice-cream than

chopped apple, cinnamon, walnuts then ice-cream and crumbled cookies!!! .... no need to explain how good it is!

there are endless combinations for your oats.... seriously go frieken crazy! i love oats man!

agruskin, i only went to the gym for two weeks in my holidays cause it was for free for students and that was four weeks ago. two weeks ago i did get sick though and lost 3 kilos but after stepping on the scales this week i had gained most of it back so i reallised it was just water weight as my body was super dehydrated from going constantly to the bathroom. thats why for a few weeks i  didn't post as i was extremely ill and unable to eat the amount i should but did eat at maintance mode.

startowers, OH WOW! seriously what you eat gets me drooling. oreo brownie. deep dish pizza. pork  chops. endless cookies.  mushu pancackes. and the chicken breast with prosciutto sounds the best!!! seriously who's the chef in your house???? you are really doing well if you can eat all those things and nout panic... im all over jelous! good luck with your weigh in!

hphphp62442, i guess most of us come from an ed history so we all have the calorie compulsion of being walking calorie dictionaries. it doesn't take too much effort now to be able to estimate calories.

some things do need measuring, like oats or rice cause you don't want an overload of a food which when cooked tripples in size. i don't tend to measure just take the amount i want and then just estimate, all my calories are rounded to the nearest 50 so usually my guesses will be slightly under or just a bit over. it sucks to know so much but if your worried about counting just think of he food as nutrition and take more than normal serves so when your done gaining it won't be such a struggle for maintance because you'll be eating at a comfortable rate.

L: soyy and linseed roll with turkey, avocado, lettuce, cucumber and chill cranberry sauce - 500

S: teriyaki salmon sushi roll (200) glass of soy and an apple (150) - 350

D: Spaghetti with 1/2 grilled eggplant (favourite), 1 grilled zucchini and 80g sundried tomatoes, with parmasen cheese (500) and 1/2 steamed broccoli (_) - 500

S: vanilla and english toffe ice-cream (250) topped with 2 crumbled cinnamon and peanut biscotti, cinnamon, blueberries, and shredded coconut (150) - 400

total: 2,850 calories

okay so my last post might have seemed just a tad odd. you must all think im a bit weird.... haha well i follow in my traditional selfs footsteps i guess and not a certain voices. today i realised looking at my ice-cream tub that one scoop of icecream is 100 calories and about 50g.... so that 280g tub i had the other day wasn't 350 but more like 500-600 calories... good think im not ashamed and on weight gain!

agruskin, well i guess it makes me 7lbs away from my goal weight and yes my goal weight is just over a bmi of 20. it may change though if i have a growth spurt or something like that. (fingers crossed i grow taller!).... one hip was 16cm higher than the other and is now 11cm higher than the other... majorly deformed from a bad growth spurt but its getting better..... i always wondered why i couldn't walk in a straight line.... lol!

B: Smoothie in a bowl: oats, soy milk, banana, dates (400), apple and cinnamon crunchola and walnuts on top (350) - 750

S: glob of peanutbutter with toast (300) and an apple (50) - 350

L: Tuna Salad: canned tuna in indian curry flavour with oil, lettuce, tomato, cucumber and toasted sesame seeds (200) with chilli and salt pita crisps (200) - 400

S: vanilla ice-cream with 2 peanut and cinnamon biscotti and blueberries (350)

D: Indian Spiced Lamb with salad of avocado, cucmber, tomato, lettuce (300) naan bread and natural yoghurt on the side (250) - 550

S: organic cocoa pops with marshmallows, strawberries and 1/2 cup soy milk (250)

total: 2,600....  its getting so hard to eat in the hot weather.... 39 degrees for the next three days. boo i had to walk home from school today in the heat cause mum lost the car keys and all my friends had gone home by the time she called!

yay dirven so glad to hear you're prepared to do whatever it takes. Its wonderful that you're taking your life back, gaining control. hope you can stay strong now!

To everyone else heres some advice from me. EAT DURING THE WINTER cause now im stuck in the heat (scorching 39 degrees today) and all you want is water not food so it makes it even harder! Hope you have a good winter Driven!

thankyou for all the replies. it definitley has helped to clear up my thoughts and i love that everyone had their own way of seeing it. is it just me or is it always the burgers which people will claim to be the worst thing in a food court?

gi-jane, you have answered so many questions for me before and i really like your replies. i did the questionarre and a year ago i would have been the COFF of that test but now im not any of them. I do worry about C but its not that i have lost control, just that i will. although thats no better. thankyou!
