Weight Loss 1200 cal/day is bull part 2 Jan 28 2008

I must say, this eating at BMR has me fascinated, being a former 1200 calorie/day follower.  I always feel starved at the end of the day when I do the 1200 calories, but I always felt that was "normal". 

Has anyone lost weight just by eating your BMR?  Please, do tell!

Breakfast - 2% fat cottage cheese, coffee with creamer and equal

Lunch - 100% whole wheat bread, smoked ham, dijon mustard, a lil mayo, kraft singles fat free sliced cheese, progresso minestrone soup with chicken

Snack -- sourdough pretzel nuggets

Dinner - don't know yet, maybe cup o noodles with some fruit, or a sandwich like I had for lunch

Snack - 2% milk, maybe some pretzel nuggets

I definitely hear ya!!  After I put my kids down, the first thing I do is grab a snack and watch my favorite shows.  But I control this by, first of all having a food scale, I weigh out a serving size of baked chips, PUT THE BAG AWAY, and take my one serving of chips with me, so I know I won't over eat.  I also love those fat free pudding cups, one serving for 100 cals.  Sometimes, I will stir in a few tablespoons of Cool Whip Free to make it fluffier and stretch it.  Hope this helps!
