Yes they are chinese. Im not in a hurry at all, i just wanted something to help me with the weight loss. Of course I am going to exercise and eat healthy, that isnt a problem. :) This site helped me change my life style, and after working so hard to loose weight, it changed my hole perception about nutrition and exercise. So it works for some people and not for others. Im really curious, I will return with an update next week. |

I have been dieting and excersiezing regualry for the past 2 years. I hit the gym 3 times / week + cardio 2 times / week. I rarely eat more than 1600 calories / day. I eat fruits , and tuna almost every day. I read a few forums, blogs and sites before choosing this diet pill. I need to loose 3-4 kg more, after that of course Im going to maintain, its a way of life of course. |

Its is funny when I read that peole make 30k a year and that is not enough. I work as a manager in Romania and I make about 7k euros (10k dollars) a year I eat tuna once a day (1.8 dollars/ can ) I ear fruit , al kinds, beans, fish and chicken breast. I dont think that there is any problem of living healthy if you have 30k/year |

thank you for everybodys advice, yesterday I managed to eat 1600 calories :) I hope this works, it is been so long that I ate this much |

how about if I exercise less, leaving olny soccer and cardio, no workout. and eat the same? |

problem is that im afraid of eating more, I think I will gain weight, weight wich I lost with hard work. I will try to eat 1500-1600 calories / day to see what happens. |

The problem is you cant always depend on the calorie count. If the 1600-1700 calories for a day came from only sugar of only fat, that is bad for youre body. Moderation is the key. Try to eat fruit that has less sugar. |

Well I dont have the energy I used to have, and a lost a few kg s, its preety hard when I feel the need for sugar I eat some fruit ( oranges, bananas) Anyway Alililicey why do you need to loose weight ? you look great :) |
