Hi Auggie4, You comment is correct about attitude. You tell yourself exactly what you think is true. Write down what you want and read it every day and forget about dieting it has the word die in in it. Diet's dont work long term. Hi Nutellabella, If you change the words from "I have to" to "I want to" it makes a huge difference in you thought process. I learned the power of visualization read some info about it it will make a huge difference.

Hi Jessiexo, I am a Beachbody Coach you can purchase a chin up bar at any sporting goods store. You do not need the resistance bands if you have the chin up bar the bans if you buy them should just vary in tension. Your dumbbells 3,5,10,15 to start. I am starting week #13 today. Hi hsummers35, I understand what you are going through I did the same thing for 5 years just telling myself i looked ok but inside i was lying to myself. Here is how I changed my self. the 1st thing I did was write down a realistic weight goal and I read it twice a day "I am 185 pounds in weight, I eat only healthy and nutritious foods". i visualized myself at that weight and eating different foods and I started to believe what i was saying and then I started to focus on enjoying playing with grandchildren. Then I found a fantastic exercise program that I wanted to do because the scale showed 218 but my mind saw 185 I have since lost 20 pounds it takes a "why" to set things in motion. Hi
I workout 6 days a week for one hour I just finished my 12th week of P90X I have lost 20 pounds and at 61 I fell great. i work out at different times of the day. |

Hi, I have found that I talk to my support buddies daily. Create a list of people who will talk with you on a daily basis and discuss exercising, and goal setting. If no one will do it I will be your success buddy. John FaMis |
