I have been drinking sugary chi and hot chocolate drinks in the morning, also at least 2 packets of Crystal Light and I just snack all day long on candy and peanut butter sandwiches...it's been bad, but I can not leave my desk at work, I work about 10 hours a day and I meet customers all day long,  its very hard not to have a quick snack especialy when I get stressed. Sugar always seems to make me feel soo much better :)

You're all right though, I think Im going to bring a little cooler to work tomorrow and fill it with apples and protein shakes..lets see if this works.
