I'm 5'5 and 117lbs and I really want to get down to 100lbs. But I am not loosing any weight?! Why won't it shift and how do I get it too? |

I dont know if 5'5 is considered short but I'm smaller than all my friends? Anyway I'm 117lbs and aiming to get to 100lbs by the summer hols! I just realised that it said 20-30lbs but 17 is near enough |

I am 15 , clothes size 6 - 8 and my friends are always saying im skinny. Then how come up have horrible flab on my stomach and thighs?? How do I get rid of that fat/tone up because I certainly don't feel skinny and am not looking forward to wearing bikinis this sumer! |

I am 15 and weigh 113lbs. My measurements are 32 - 23 - 32. I guess I'm pretty happy with my weight and figure but I would like to tone up a bit |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
