| i put i spoonful of fat free whipped salad dressing and occasionally a hard boiled egg cut up, then i eat it on triscuits or whole grain crackers. | |||

| I wouldnt worry about it, everybody needs a day "OFF" once in a while, otherwise you will burnout and have a higher chance of quiting all together, what i try and do is treat myself but i get what i want, then cut it in half!!!! | |||

| I just eat alot of 0 cal things, like salads with fat free dressing, or a sandwhich for 200 cals or tuna in a can with just a few triscuits. | |||

| I am doing 1200 cal per day and trying not to go over by very much, i think that 1200 a day is good for us since we dont exercise that much more than normal, if yoiu intake more then you have to up your amount of exercise to off set it!!!We will get tehre girl. | |||
