Interval training is what really knocks the weight off. You should be doing cardio at least 5 days a week for 30 to 45 min with one slow, long day to change it up. Also hit the weights, high repetition(4 sets/ 15,12,10,10) with very min rest in between(45 to 60 sec). It really gets your heart beating and burns the calories like crazy. You don't have to do heavy weight just enough to where you can barley finish the last rep. Also I agree with gi-jane your not going to see the results you want in 4 days. Stick to it and keep motivated it will come, trust me I'm finally getting my lazy @$$ back at it. Good Luck.
