i like raisin bran, grape nuts, wheat puffs, muslei (mostly in soy yogurt though or it gets too soggy), bare naked granola, kashi honey sunshine or hot oat bran cereal.

just so you know, you really shouldn't have to worry about getting enough protein if you are eating lots of whole grains, beans and tofu.

protein is really on the bottom of the list of things to worry about getting. you should look more into b-12, calcium and omega fats. just a suggestion.
