| I'm missing: 5 a) 25 pts b) 40pts c) 25 pts 6 a) 25pts-- its in the submissions thread Part 5 isn't in my journal (yet) its in a notebook I take with me to school. I'll post it eventually but the thing with my goals are that they change pretty much daily, so it'll be a lot of typing. I should have a total of 195 points |

| coming to the party a little late, but I'd have to agree with what a lot of ppl are saying- it depends on the day and it depends on what you eat during the day.
Right now for me its TTOM so I'm a lean, mean eating machine. Except the difference is that instead of eating a load of crap, I'm eating healthy stuff- fruits, veggies... so if that's the case, who cares if i'm over by a bit? |

| sara- don't worry about keeping up with everyone's scores. We can track our own scores and just send them to you. I agree its a lot to keep with along with your own scores. Don't worry about it too much... work on your own stuff, we'll deal with our own stuff and if anyone's slacking we'll ALL get together and whip them into shape ;) | |||

| Okokok... sry to be late... read journal for reason. Part 1: Weight 209, weigh myself mondays, for motivation or to kick my ass into gear when i'm slipping. Part 2: I use the weight log and I understand the blue and green lines Part 3: BMI is body mass index and measure weight vs. height. My bmi is 34.6 which is wayyyyyyyy too high Part 4: didn't get there on time Part 5: A total of 20 points for the exercise/day. That's it. According to this, my total pts would be 50. |

| Sorry to get on so late- I'm a student at concordia university, which is 3 blocks away from dawson. I was in class when it happened and didn't hear anything until 2:30, when I checked the messages on my cell.
I have a bunch of friends at Dawson... it was really scary, trying to get in touch with everyone, but luckily all of my friends got out safely. My thoughs and prayers are with everyone who'se been affected by this. I'm completely freaking out, and I wasn't even there, I can't even imagine how dawson students are feeling right now. Everything's really scary right now. I just got home from school because the metros were closed forever.... |

| *Staggers in very very late* sorry bout that guys- very hectic few days. I'll be adding everyone as friends just as soon as I'm done posting this, and I'll get to the challenge right after that.
1. What is your name? (You can give us a nickname if you'd like, the purpose of this is to get to know each other a little more personally) Tanya. 2. How old are you? (You can give this in decades if you prefer! *wink*) 20 :) 3. How long have you been with CC and what are your goals that you'd like to accomplish while you're here? I've been here for awhile but I've never actually become involved until about midway through the summer. But I've had one good week for every 2 bad weeks so I've only lost 3 lbs. I'm 208 right now. My goal weight is 128- however, I'd like to be around 180 by xmas/new yrs. I'd also love to learn more about menu planning and of course, how to say no to ice cream, if that's even possible. 4. What do you feel is your level of motivation right now? It varies from week to week. Last week I was super motivated, this week not so much. 5. What one postitive thing can you tell us about yoruself? What do you like most about your physical appearence? Your personality? What are your strengths? I love my smile. When I smile, my entire face lights up. Its my best physical feature. I'm very very quiet usually, and very shy, But I'm almost always optimistic and upbeat. My strengths: giving advice and keeping other people's secrets. People always come to me to tell me things or to ask for advice, and I love it and I'm good at it. I'm also a very logical person, and I'm studying accounting at the moment. 6. What's your favorite color? (Just for kicks and giggles) purple! 7. What is your favorite movie? (Again just for fun) Not sure... 8. Chocolate or vanilla? Chocolate! 9. Do you have kids? If so, how many, and what ages? No kids. And I'm an only child, as well as the youngest on both sides of my family (except my cousin has a 3yr old... but that's considered extended family I think) 10. And finally, Coke or Pepsi?
