I do exactly the same thing!!!! I have totally noticed that I think about food all day from the time I start logging.. Sometimes I try to log the whole days "plan" from the get go...but like right now, I am browsing through the forums and wondering what else I can eat while my pants hug me tightly today!! Oh, I feel you completely on this one love247... I eat every 3 hours or so...whether I'm hungry or not....so I really don't know what being "hungry" is anymore :) I'm always afraid of storing more fat....so I never let my body think it's starving...and believe me it's not... I'm 5 foot 4 and 140.

Have you concidered a George Forman grill? It makes it VERY easy to cook! You can throw on a lean burger patty or a frozen chicken breast and have it ready in like 10 minutes!

I'm  a advocate for Foreman Grill, it is a must! You can cook stuff right out of the freezer onto the grill in ten minutes, comes out tender and juicy every time :) I simply cannot live without mine and I like to cook, bake etc..

Also I notice you eat fruit by itself? Do NOT do this any longer...spikes the blood sugar! Have some nuts or a piece of cheese to accompany fruits and raisins, or even a hardboiled egg. This will 1. increase your calories a little 2. increase your protien and 3. keep your blood sugar level and give you a little more energy...remember nuts have GOOD fat in them...in moderation of course. Keep up the good work 260 lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal !

Spin is actually in the excercise archive. Just search "spin". I believe it lists it at 560 calories/hour or something of the sorts.

Where is the exercise archive located? (added question)

I think that hot cheetos and tuna is going to be a winner for me to try soon! I love pretzels dipped in honey and peanut butter, I used to like white rice with maple syrup for breakfast...I'll try anything...

It doesn't sound particulary bad...but anytime you crave something like that, see if you can't add some fiber to it, whole wheat pancakes or a short stack of HARVEST GRAIN pancakes at International House of Pancakes order them without butter and then add sugar free syrup!! Also, see if you can't balance out the carb intake with a side of egg beaters or cottage cheese... just my opinion and often times my solution to that craving...

Hi...I'm learning how to post things...so here it goes, hope someone sees this!!

I'm 35 years old

I weigh 141 lbs

I'm 5'4"

I love to exercise, I eat "clean" 95% of the time...but I start to binge when see the scale go below 140 and I really want to be at 130-135...

It's rather upsetting, I usually binge on food...good foods..not just sweets...I can't imagine a more intense work-out at the gym...I try to keep my calories around 1500 a day, rarely less....

I'll binge on whole grains, fruit, roased chicken, love beans....

Motivation I did good! Nov 14 2007

Woo Hoo for you!!!! Any day you can keep your fat intake under 30 grams is awesome!! Unless your burning alot of calories with exercise, 25 grams of fat is fine, try to work in some good fats from nuts, fish and avocado if you like. Your body NEEDS those to burn fat and calories efficiently too, not to mention keeping your body healthy also. And you planned ahead for dinner? This is anothWinker excellent habit to gain on your part...because they say if you fail to plan, you might as well plan to fail.. Keep up the good work!

I think that  doing crafts while baby-sitting is a great idea! You can't really eat from a bag of chips or anything like that if you have to use your hands consistentlyLaughing make sure that it is something "safe" in case the kids get a hold of things or you allow them to participate so no little beads and stuff. Make some of those little keychains from the 70's or something..uses plastic like material..

Just remember, if you are going to "Binge" think of Healthy snacks and treats..fruit with peanut butter...crackers with a little cheese. Hmmm..cereals, just stay away from them..

Hmmm...cottage cheese....I always like to add tuna and a little bit of "Tapatio" hot sauce, gives it a nice flavor, add a little pepper to taste.
