no we stayed in pittsburgh but did go to the delmont apple festival and fort legionnaire day this weekend(know that is not how you spell it)

also Kennywood they had a special birthday for at he magee hospital and also the fright night which was really good.

Now trying to get over the jet lag,5 hours behind the uk back to work tomorrow and so pleased only put on 2.25lb

my hubby was best man at my sisters wedding in 1984 .I fell in love with him then,but not him with me.

We remained friends and he then got married and I thought oh well missed opportunity.

The marriage was very short,and they divorced soon afterwards.

I thought here we go again and each time he met a girl i hoped it would not work out,as I knew one day he would be mine.

Through all this time we stayed just friends but even he has to admit it now  there was always a bond between us and we could talk for hours together and got on really well.

I used to tell the girls at work when he cam e "he will be mine one day" and they would tell me to tell him how I felt but i said no i don't want to spoil the friendship,so i kept quiet........................................ ............................................. .... 

SO to my surprise in 2002 he asked me out and we have just celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary in June.

SO my moto is don't ever give up on love it might be round the corner although sometimes you have to go the long way round!!Kiss

what is your water intake like.They say this is so important in weight loss and should drink minimum of 2 litres a day.Maybe up that as well as your healthy eating and exercise

oh no i ate my weetabix for breakfast fruit and yoghurt for lunch then either a salad or meal for tea.
I don't think i could just survive on fruit love my food too much for that

hav you tried carbonated water if it is the fizz you like and maybe just add no added sugar squas(as we call it in the uk) or fresh juice,then you  r still getting the fizz without the cals

thanx for all your replies.I think i will have to make sure that if i know my hubby is going to be out to have some "treats" lined up so i don't go and raid the fridge like a naughty kid.
This site is great and has helped me already in many weighs sorry ways and hope it will continue.Think planning ahead is the key and not eating on the spur of the moment

mullerlights are great.all flavours are very low in cals but ones like vanilla are delicious on things like babana or strawberries.

they say you should only weigh yourself once a week at the same time in the same clothes.I think this is true as your weight can fluctuate so much day to day and to do this would and can mean only disappointment in the long run.
So i would say once a week is the best rule
