Yes, one of the goals that i forgot to mension was that i wanted abs, i read that you can only get abs and tone if you lose bodyfat, like i dont want to lost weight i just want to lose fat and get muscle.

thank you gi jane for you help.

i do eat fat during the day i eat 1 OZ of almond and 2 tp of peanut butter, like im not scared of eating healthy but like im scared i might eat to much.

also thank you kriklaf for helping as well.

im gonna try to eat more!!!

  • Oily fish.... this can be pan-fried in a non-stick pan with just a tiny amount of oil.  It cooks quickly and the oils in oily fish are very healthy

    isnt that fried? like i did cook that the day before i started this post. a fish fillet with just a bit of oil(like about a tp) and pan fried it,

    so is that really healthy?

    i want to lose my bodyfat(i`m at 15% atm want to drop to 10%)

    i just need a meal for lunch. do think this meal is good?

    what you think about chicken and fish fillets? and can you tell me how you cook it in crock pot?

    and i had question about fired,

    lets say i only add 1 Teaspoon of oil(the oil i use has 40 cals, 4.5g fat per tp) to the cooking pan, and cook my meat, will it add those 40 cals and 4.5 g or will it like add more then that?

    Like i just frieda fish fillet with only 1 teaspoon and i loved it but im just unsure if it was a good or bad choose.

    i been using http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calc ulator.htm and it said i need 2500 calories, but if i used the one you linked , it says 4000, wow i think thats why i`m not getting results,

    Yes, you are right like I said I lost lots of weight, I didn't do it by diet but my working out really hard. I work out 2 hours(instense) in the end I feel like I'm dead, my activity lvl is high. but I notice that I'm losing some of muscles even tho I'm eating enough protein and 2.5k calories.I wait 2-3hours before going to bed after eating, but I'm not seeing results,I'm bit scared that I might be losing muscle. that's what gave me idea of eating totally clean, veges, nuts, friuts, lean meat etc.

    Because, i been dieting for a year now and i lost weight like fast, so my family makes me eat what ever they good and 90% of the time they cook what is filled with fat(fried, lots of oil, etc), and my main goal is to lose my bodyfat, i`m at 15% bodyfat at the moment, my goal is to go below 10%, so i been searching for a diet that will help me, but if i stick to what my family cooks then it will take me a while to lose my fat.

    if you know any good diet to lose bodyfat, plz TELL ME!!!

    yes, like i said im 16(boy), i don`t have access to cooking, but 1 question if i like wash them with water, will that take away the sodium?

    Thanks, i`ll try to add more healthy stuff to my diet, but is this diet healthy? or do i need to take some stuff out?

    i`m 5 feet and 9 inc tell,

    i do 20-30 min walk in the morning

    i have 1 hour gym class at school,

    i go to gym for 1 hour and 30 mins -20 min cardio- i burn 300 cals, and i do weight lifting for an hour

    and somedays i go play ball

    and on weekends i have Moderate level work.

    and my goal is get abs : )
