Stop beating yourself up, we all do it. I have gone onto diet shakes for breakfast with fruit twice a day. Had lamb kebab salad, a weight watchers recipe only 400 calories. Rhubarb and custard for pudding. Total 1100. I am aim to be at goal weight xmas. 1100 cals today. Not enough but not hungry

Pleased about your job as you are sounding so positive. Your vacation is just what the doctor ordered.   

Another 8 weeks from 4th July 2009 would be good.  Would not like to see the group fold as we all started together and got to know each other. Weekly weigh in is good, wait to hear what everyone wants to do.

Your dad is really great to help out financially. You will be able to be self sufficent now.

Joined CC 3 weeks ago and joined fireworks challemge closed - Nicole is great for starting this group. In 3 weeks I have lost 5 pounds and going to start walking regularly. Enjoying eating healthy options in food and finding new low fat cake recipes. Today got the yoghurt maker out, to make a low fat yoghurt cake. I am definately more motivated and eating well on the allocated 1500 calories a day. If I choose to have cake or chocolat then thats ok as I balance out my meals to be able to have it.  My belt on my jeans needs doing up another hole. The garden looks great with all the gardening and the house has never been so tidy. Calorie counting is more fun than faddy diets.

Everybody is doing great.  I was so sure that you were going to beat me as you have been so active this week. Found keeping my food diary was an eye opener. Keep at it, weigh yourself in the morning when at your lightest.

Hi

4lb weight loss is great and you could look at the food diary on here and log all that you eat, this will give an idea of the fat content of your food.

I eat bran flakes for breakfast, slimming soup such as weight watchers for lunch with slice of bread. Weight watchers evening meal  with veg rice or jacket potato and save about 200 cals for snacks. Snacks consist of options belgian hot chocolat drink about 40 cals or sugar free jelly (jello) 2 cals a bowl.  about 1400 calories. My start weight was 197.8 a week later 194 pleased as pigged out at weekend all on weight watchers recipe foods.

Hi I am definately in and need the motivation of a group and would also like to offer support, exchange recipes and help to keep me from the dreaded ........ tin which is banned. I weigh 196 pounds and will be aiming for a lose of 18 pounds in the 6 weeks.
