| Foods | How many calories? Day 3 of my new diet and already faced with eating out. HELP!! | Jun 18 2009 23:17 (UTC) |

I don't know if you've eaten out already, but one thing that helps a lot of people is to just eat half the dish, and save the rest for the next day. Yeah, it does sound easier than it really is, but it's a good way to not overeat :) Good luck! |

Thanks so much for all the support everyone :)
I'm thinking you're right about the low blood sugar. I don't eat enough for dinner, which I will start doing, including incorporating more protein at night.
carmenxox-God, that tuna with chopped apple sounds REALLY good right now :)
