Ah, I'm not offended at all. I have never purged - I don't even seem to have a gag reflex! I used to over-exercise, but I don't think that makes your face puffy. I don't know if anyone has noticed because they dare not say anything about my weight incase I revert to my old ways so I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid or not. I want to get rid of it but I'm finding it extremely difficult :(

Ah :(

I am reluctant to use the term 'eating disorder' to describe that period because I'm scared people will look at me differently and think that I am just exaggerating to get attention. It doesn't really help that I am constantly around someone else who I think has an eating disorder and thus thinks that the behaviour is completely normal. It did last longer than a month or two so I guess you could be right about my body freaking out trying to get calories.

Normally I would eat about 1200-1400 calories a day, which is probably too little but I am working on it! My trigger foods are possibly carbs - I tend to go for bread and cereal when I binge but I pretty much shovel in anything that I can get my hands on.

I had a brief period where I was underweight because I exercised too much and ate far too little. Never went to see anyone about it and was thus never diagnosed with anything.

When I say binge I mean eating roughly 5000 calories or more, and eating to or past the point of feeling sick.

I like my legs. No, I love my legs. They are thin with just enough muscle and hardly ever get fat!

I also quite like my arms because they are very long and sometimes make me look a bit apeish in pictures, which always makes me smile.

And my eyebrows, which are bushy and weirdly dark when I am naturally so light, but I wouldn't change them for the world!

I hear ya. I worked so hard to get down to this weight and now I have to deal with people practically forcing junk down my throat because they think I can afford to just because I'm not overweight. Seriously, once one of my friends actually smeared chocolate all over my mouth because they were trying to force it down me.

Sure, I'd love that extra cookie. I'd like that packet of crisps. I'd love to stuff my face with everything under the sun but I won't because all my hard work would go to waste. I know what it's like to be the heavy one shooting mental arrows straight through skinny girl's hearts but now I know that it's not easy. I have to endure my friends aiming the odd spiteful comment at me but I understand that too, having been there.

As for food porn, god where do I start?! I remember when I should have been studying for my exams but actually spent 2 hours looking at pictures of food on the internet. Makes me feel so naughty! Lmao.

Mine change all the time but lately it is definitely Megan Fox. She's curvy but slim and doesn't look like she starves herself. And so confident! I'd love to be as sexy and sure of myself as her.

Other body idols would probably be Nicole Kidman, Blake Lively, Scarlett Johansson, Cate Blanchett, Milla Jovovich and Angelina Jolie.

Just think about his face when he sees you looking great and kicking himself for taking you for granted. Binging will just make you feel even worse about yourself than you do now - trust me I would know. Don't let that swine be the cause of ruining all your efforts, he isn't worth it. He may have effected you on the inside but don't let him effect you on the outside too!
