Weight Loss I weighed one pound less after an extra three hours of sleep... Which reading is "real"? Dec 07 2009

Happens to me all the time as well.  I can pretty much count on weighing 2-3lbs less in the morning than I did at night, and on days were I wake up, weight, and then go back to sleep, I usually drop a bit more as well.

That's odd AND good, Marissa! Have you been more active lately? Totally up to you on maintaining during fall break. I don't know, actually. I don't want your numbers to go up because of a suggestion I made, lol!

I think I"m going to TRY to eat 13-1400 but will probably end up at maintenance because it will be tough.  The weird thing is I wasn't more active.  I was the exact opposite!  A slug and snacking constantly.  That's why I'm wondering if my body thought I wasn't eating enough before.  i wasn't feeling hungry before either.  But then when I started eating more all of a sudden I'm hungry ALL the time.  It's a little obnoxious but I'm dealing.  Haha..so, should I stick to 13-1400 or bump it up to like 1700 (what I ate basically all of last week)?

Hey everyone,

So here's my weigh in:

9/15:  119

9/22:  119.8

9/29:  119.2

Which is actually slightly bizarre ,because I have not been eating at a deficit for the past week.  I've definitely been eating close to maintenance.  I've been feeling hungry ALL the time and just gave up and ate.  Although not bad foods, just healthy ones.  Lots of little things here and there that I know brought me way out of my normal ranges (I stopped cal counting).  Also a LOT more protein than normal.  This is fine as I had decided to try and maintain or maybe decrease my deficit as I wasn't losing before anyway.  No fun not to lose AND not to eat (as much).  Do you guys think this oculd be a sign that I need to eat more?  Let me know.

I honestly haven't had a chance to catch up with all of your posts =(...I have fall break next week and I will be much more active at that time.  I am nervous though because this means I will be at my parent's house for the week and no longer completely in control of what foods are around.  Eep!  Should I keep eating at maintenance like I have been or attempt to create a deficit again?  I can't decide.  I have been on a deficit break for almost two weeks now.

So I have been absolutely HORRIBLE about my goals.  The only one I kept to was only weighing once a week on tuesday.  I was scared of the scale haha.  I hate to see it go up =(.

Excited for BL tonight!

Everyone have a fabulous day!!

Hm this is pretty interesting...everyone is so different but all healthy!

I live alone and go once a week.  Every other week that once a week is at walmart to get some things cheaper...usually I get:

Fruit:  5-6 of whatever fresh fruit is in season, bananas, frozen raspberries, blueberries and peaches

Veggies: 1 cucumber, 1 pepper, tomatoes of some sort, frozen edamame, fresh green beans if they look good, 2 zucchini, 1 onion

Carb:  Whole wheat bread 45cal/slice, Fiber One Honey Clusters Cereal, Fiber plus chewy bars

Dairy:  1/2 gallon skim milk, Low fat cottage cheese, 2-3 thick and creamy yoplait low fat yogurts,  cheese on occasion

Dessert:  Weight watchers icecream bars (either the latte or chocolate)

Misc every once in awhile:  Salsa, baked tostitos scoops, quinoa, frozen black bean veggie burgers, amy's frozen indian entrees

Hey all,

Like many of you, I too have a gain this week =(

9/15:  119

9?22:  119.8

Siiigh...but I guess it isn't TOO bad since I ate at maintenance for most of the last week.  We just gotta hang in there!  I'm looking forward to BL tonight for some extra motivation.

I'm getting things back under control as of today.  Gotta cut out the sweets.  Last week I had bought some weight watchers chocolates and thought I'd be able to handle just having one little one a day...but def. couldn't.  I binged on them and have found myself craving candy now.  HORRIBLE.

For dinner tonight 'm having 1/2 acorn squash filled with diced apple, cinammon, nutmeg, walnuts, and brown sugar and also some fake veggie bbq cubes. hehe...strange combo.  The squash is a calorie count recipe so I'll let you all know how it is.

Lynn:   That sounds crazy strong!  Good for you!

Have any of you by chance read the book "New Rules of Lifting for Women"?  I've been thinking about getting it for awhile.  If you have experience with it let me know what you think.

And lastly, cottage cheese is my new favorite food...I'm a little obsessed.

My goals are still to...:

1.  GET MORE SLEEP.  I didn't accomplish this yet.  7hrs is the goal.

2.  Drink more water (64oz/day minimum)

3.  7500 steps per day

Enjoy the show tonight!

Wow, really bizarre but I was on the phone with my mom the other day and she was also saying how she'd been to three stores and she couldn't find canned pumpkin either!  How weird.

Happy birthday sarah!

I am a little scared to weigh myself tomorrow...I haven't been eating 1300-1400..more like 1500-1600 eep.

Must study now; will write more tomorrow!

Hey guys,

I loved watching BL, it made me cry...very touching.

I'm doing so-so... I had a little breakdown yesterday and did a little binge eating because for the life of me I am STUCK at 119-120.  Even knowing how much I burn, knowing that I have at least a 500 deficit every day and never eat less than 1300, I've mixed up my workouts, tried cycling cals...I still can't get out of this plateau!  I have calmed down again today.  I went shopping and actually didn't cringe when I looked in the mirror in dressing rooms, so I need to give myself a bit more credit.  I've lost about 18lbs since the end of may....all in all that's only been about 3.5 months...not to mention I've been stuck around 120 for the past month.  Maybe my body just needs a break?  It seems it isn't ready to drop the last ten right now.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I think I will continue with with I've been doing and just weigh in ONCE a week.  I typically weigh every morning...but once a week will do.  I'll do it on tuesdays for BLC.  I figure this will frustrate me a bit less.  I'm also going to try to increase my sleep...bedtime, lights off, no computer at 11:30 at the ABSOLUTE latest.  I've only been getting about 5.5hrs for the past few days.  I like to read and all and just end up staying up..I'm def. a night owl.  So, I guess you could say my goals are:

1.  Maintain caloric intake of 1300-1350 M-F, with 1-2 days at maintenance of 1600 per week (gotta allow this so I can have a social life on weekends)

2.  Go to the gym 3 times per week (minimum)

3.  Get at least 6.5 hours per sleep a night (bedtime at 11-12)

4.  Weigh ONLY ONCE a week (this could quite possibly be the hardest goal for me)

5.  Give myself credit, and do this for changes in my overall health, not just the # on the scale

Lynn: My gadget is called the gowear fit (http://www.amazon.com/GoWear-Lifestyle-Calori e-Management-System/dp/B001HX36A0/ref=sr_1_1? ie=UTF8&s=hpc&qid=1253242131&sr=8 -1).  It is a bit pricey though...I prob. never would have bought it for myself, but bday made a good event for it.C

Cris:  It would be impossible to make mashed potatoes and NOT have some...

Would love to stay and catch up on more of your posts, but if I'm gonna get in bed in 20mins I got a bit to do!

Take care all-

Hello everyone,

First off, my BL weigh in is 119.0 (no surprise here).  I am going to watch tonight as well!  My schedule isn't too bad for tomorrow so I have a little spare time.  I have only seen random reruns of the show in the past, so it will be interesting to catch it from the beginning.

Lynn:  I totally understand the sugar binge.  I have the same problem.  My most recent healthy fix for it is mixing together the following:

1/4cup low fat cottage cheese

1/4cup frozen blueberries

a little bit of cool whip or whipped cream

YUM!  It makes me verrrrry happy and I think because of the cottage cheese I end up feeling full for awhile.  Sounds weird but I promise it's tasty.  At least this way if you have to go over your cals for that sweet fix you will end up full and won't have empty cals.

I'm very proud of myself today because my little gadget (which I am making very good use of!) says I already walked 10,000 steps today!  Of course this includes the time I spent running/walking at the gym, but still I think that's good.  Knowing my cal levels throughout the day etc is definitely making me be more active because at the end of the day when I plug it back into my computer I want to see high numbers!  I find myself intentionally fidgeting in class, walking the long way, ALWAYS taking the stairs, walking to crosswalks instead of jaywalking like I usually do...etc.  Plus seeing exactly how much I've burned and comparing that to my cal count food logs keeps me motivated.  I've been tracking for the past three days and so far have the following deficits, 400, 500, and probably will be around 650 today.  It's not just a coincidence that those numbers keeps going up..it's because with this gadget I'm learning how to change my life to burn more cals and ship this weight out!  I sound a little like a commercial...

Cris:  You and your walking!  It is hard to get it in...but what I've been doing lately is randomly marching in place...when I'm on the phone, when I'm watching tv, when I'm waiting for the water to get hot, while I'm cooking.  It sounds insane but it seems to be working.

As a random side note, this is a bit of info my mom shared with me that I think is pretty important and I just wanted to share.  I don't know how many of you are single and living alone, but since I do, it really hit home for me.  Basically it is really good advice to keep a can of Wasp spray next to your bed in case of an intruder etc.  Cans of wasp spray can shoot up to 20ft away and will blind any intruder for a significant amount of time, giving you the opportunity to call 911, escape, etc.  This is better than pepper spray as it is fairly close range and often the spray is not powerful enough and can get in your eyes as well!  Being a fairly petite girl, the idea that is can be used from so far away is great, the likelihood of me doing much damage to someone with a baseball bat etc is not very good.

Okay watching the show now! =)

Hey guys,

Good to see everyone chatting away!  I'm excited for the BLC even if I don't get to watch it on tv.

I have been doing okay lately...still sort of stuck.  I'm 119 right now.  Been going back and forth between 119-120 for the past 3 weeks.  This is the time to keep it going down finnallly.

I got my fitness thing in the mail...it's pretty awesome!  It tells me how many steps I took and at what time of day (steps by the hour), how many cals I burned and when..how much sleep I get!  It's pretty crazy.  I was surprised to see how close to accurate calorie count's estimate is for my BMR.  It seems that when doing nothing but sitting around/studying, I burn about 1.1cals/min.  Which means for a whole day I burn about 1500 cals.  Also helps me understand why it's so hard to lose weight now!  I have to eat at least 1200...but I'm usually only happy when I eat about 1300.  So for days I don't work out or move enough...a 200 cal deficit just isn't enough. The past two days I'm burned about 1850cals and eaten about 1300-1400.  Also kept the steps at 5,000.

Hi everyone

I hope you all had a great week and yay it's almost friday!

Lynn:  I did the ideal body weight and it's almost exactly what I'm aiming for!  It said 111 for my height, my current goal is 110.

I won't be able to track steps until my fitness device comes in the mail...should be next week at some point.  I don't usually have enough time to go out for walks...nor is my neighborhood safe enough to do so... but the stationary bike has been treating me well lately.  It will be interesting to see how many steps I take in daily dental school life. I don't remember who suggested the stair master a couple weeks ago, but I have been working that in lately as well and am enjoying that good sore feeling the following day.

Been eating pretty well..except tonight I went a little nutso and ate 7 of those little snack dill pickles.  Not reallllly bad...but lots of sodium.  I will be paying the price for the next few days.

Healthy lunch idea that I discovered the other day....some smallcurd cottage cheese tastes really good in a low cal wrap with some other veggies...I recommend cucumber, peppers, olives and a little feta cheese with it.  YUM.  I am using this now as a way to up my protein.

Unfortunately I don't have much time for tv so I don't know that I'll be keeping up with the tv show, but I would LOVE to participate in our own little version.

I'm SOOOOOO IN! =)

Do they do percentage weight loss on the show?  That's usually more accurate so perhaps we can do that as well?  So tuesdays (starting next week) will be official biggest loser days.  I like it.  I was 118.8 this morning...it made me a little too excited for a 0.2lb loss...probably water! haha.

So as far as amazing fitness changes go, I have a friend that did a three day a week boot camp for a month and lost 8.6% body fat!  I was pretty impressed by that.  I'm scared to even find out what % body fat I am..eep...I'd guess around 30.  I'll deal with that once I get to 110.

Tammy: I am becoming a dentist.  I'm in my 2nd year (there are four total).  Good for you taking care of things =).   It is definitely tricky as dental school is very, very demanding...but I want more than just a profession out of my life so I'm making this as big of a priority as I can manage.  I want to be healthy, have a good dating/love life and feel good about myself...and that just isn't going to happen until I am in control of my weight and I get to where I want to be fitness-wise.  I am so impressed by many of you though that have families!  It is nice that I only have to account for myself (a pet bird and a few houseplants).  Plus I don't have any negative food impacts in my house because the food I buy is for me alone...I get total control of that.

Woohoo another exam tomorrow.  Love my life (I do really, I'm just tired).

Hmm okay so turns out it isn't a "smart one"...but it is still weight watchers, and I also confused the cals with something else, it's only 90 cals...here is the link where it has a description on the weight watchers website:http://www.weightwatchers.com/shop/categorysh owcase.aspx?pageid=1056551&navid=moreww

Also, I buy them at walmart so I think you should find them fairly easy =)

I totally sympathize.  I have lost about 17lbs since the end of may and since school started back up my weight loss has slowed down a lot.  I still have 10 lbs I would like to get off.  It is hard to make time when you feel like you should be studying, or hard to eat right when so much of the social aspect is eating out, drinking, etc. etc.  I do pack my own lunch every day.  I am in dental school so we don't really have dining halls..just the hospital cafeteria...which is neither appetizing or healthy.  If your dining hall has a salad bar it could become your best friend.  I miss the salad bar from my undergraduate school soooooooo much.  But yes, it's tough to see all of your peers scarfing down pizza and cake with every meal.  Stand your ground, you'll be happier in the end for it..and make sure you have a little something in your lunch everyday that makes you happy...for me it's kashi raspberry chocolate bars.  Just the right amount of sweetness to make me think I'm indulging =)

I really like their latte ice cream bars...tastes just like coffee icecream to me.  It's nice and smooth takes a bit to eat cause it's not tiny at all, and it's only 120cals...can't go wrong!  The only thing is the caffeine can wreak havoc on me sometimes since I'm a non-caffeinated person in general hehe

Lynn:  Your life will work itself out...we all have our crazy weeks where everything is in shambles!  I'm glad you had a few drinks, we all deserve it every once in awhile.  It's kind of sad, but I am 24 and I probably have one drink once a month.  This is definitely out of the norm for my age group. Most of my friends think it is just a "thing" that I don't drink...when really it's just that I'd rather eat chocolate!  Works out for them, they get a DD out of it.

It seems like a lot of you guys are exercising more than me.  I just don't thinkI have the time right now =(.  Dental school is like having a 40hr a week job (I am literally in class from 8-5 or 5:30PM) plus I have a bazillion exams to study for and lab work to do when I'm not in class!  I wish I had the time =(..I just get tired!

I'm going to try mixing up my routine a little bit and see if that gets my body back in gear.  I tried it today and I already feel sore.  So here's the routine, let me know what you think.  This *should* happen 3-4x a week.

1.  30 min stationary bike, 5 min cool down

2.  10 min stair master

3.  5 min warm up on treadmill, 10-15 min run on treadmill, 5 min cool down

4.  Calisthenic routine: [10 regular pushups, 30 leg raises, 50 obliques with weight] (repeat 3x), wall pushups: 20 regular, 20 hands spread double shoulder width, 20 hands close together in "triangle"

Opinions?  Any suggestions?  I'm trying to keep it to about 1.5hrs at the most...I don't always get all the pushup stuff in as my arms are WEAK.  The big change is that for the past few weeks I have been doing 50mins on the stationary bike and the calisthenics only.  I'd love to add squats but my knees make these horrrrible cracking noises.

I did good on eating AND logging cals today.  Currently at 1100 but I'm sure I'll snack on something else while I'm studying before bed tonight.  119lb again this morning.

Back to the books...and my celery sticks..ha.

Weigh in  time:

Start weight - Aug 16:  120

Current weight - Sep 7:  119

Definitely been going slow...plus I'm not even sure I trust the 119 number as the scale was a little psycho this morning.  Yesterday I weighed 119.6...when I first stepped on the scale this morning it said 118.  I was like nooo way.  So I tried a few more times and I got 118, 118.4 to 119.2.  I think my scale is screwed up =(.  Anyway, I always err on the high side just in case.

I don't recommend Kashi GOlean crunch..it tastes amazing but is notorious for causing VERY bad gas...I had the same experience with it as well. I second the yogurt suggestiong. If you buy greek yogurt you can really increase your protein intake as well.  Trader Joe's has lowfat greek yogurt, honey flavor, that I really enjoy.

Hi guys!

I'm back ...hopefully w/o any long absences from now on.  Like you angie, I had a hell of a week last week.  On top of all the exams, somehow my apt key fell off of my key ring when I was on my way to the gym, and I was locked out at about 7PM.  I tried my neighbor who has a spare to my place, but she wasn' thome, and her car wasn't there either...so I ended up concluding that she was gone for labor day weekend.  Walked to another friends apt and called the property manager, who informed me that they are no longer doing afterhour lockouts!  WHAT..it says in my lease that they provide that service (for a fee of course).  So, I had no choice but to call a locksmith...who couldn't pick my lock, and had to drill through it! AHHHH I was so traumatized.  Had to pay him way more than he deserved and twice as much as the lockout fee is.  My one stroke of luck was that the property management ended up feeling really bad because they were sending out a notice to inform tenants they no longer did lockouts but it wasn't going out until next week.  So I got them to cover the cost to repair the lock.  Exhausting.

I have been doing okay eating wise, but I haven't been logging my cals which is bad..and probably why I'm still stuck at 120.  The scale has been flirting with 119's again though..the past few days I've been 119.6-.8.  I'm going to get serious again starting on tuesday.  We are having my bday celebration monday night and it's gonna be a maintenance eating day for sure. hehe.  I have however noticed I like the way I look in clothes better so something is changing...even if it isn't the scale.  Unfortunately I never took measurements in the beginning, so I haven't been able to gauge my progress that way. On to better news, my parents decided to buy me the gowear fit armband, so within about a week I should get it and know more accurately what I burn during daily life!  I'm so excited...I'll be sure to let you guys know what I think of it.

Tryin2lose, 5inches is a LOT...way to go!!

threekicks:  Pastries are killer.  A lot of the weight I gained was from working in a dentist's office where there were always free cookies, cake, etc etc in the break room.  I would recommend going online and looking at the cal counts for a lot of that stuff.  After awhile you get so disgusted by how exorbitant it is I think you'll have the willpower to resist!  I mean if three little bites is 1/3 of your daily calories, that's SO not worth it.  Also finding a good substitute to satisfy yourself will help...one of my new discoveries is cinammon crumpets from trader joes heated up for a few seconds in the microwave and with a little bit of almond butter on it.  I swear it tastes just like a donut and it's only 150cal (or even less depending on how much almond butter you use, the crumpets are 110cals).

Cricketro:  I can't believe you don't like sweets....I have a serious sweet tooth problem.

Lynn:  It is SO a struggle.  I have been having to talk myself into going to the gym lately.  And you are right, it's not a diet, it really is a lifestyle change.  I can't even remember the last time I went to a fastfood place...it's been months.  I should try to figure out my bodytype, but from everything I've seen I don't feel like I fit in any category..I guess I'm a mix between endo and mesomorph.  I don't think I can give up carbs though w/ my barely eating meat lifestyle.  Is there a way to do that?

To everyone:  I was watching a show tonight about a 800lb 17yo boy.  It showed him in the hospital and how he is trying to lose a certain amount of weight before he can undergo gastric bypass surgery.  The whole time the doctors are talking about how they aren't sure he will make it...as in, they aren't sure if he will SURVIVE.  It definitely motivated me to say the least, but it really was frightening.  It also made me feel so proud of myself and of all of you for taking control before it's too late.  We WILL succeed =)

Hi guys,

Thank you so much for the support and all the great tips.  I think I'd better get some more healthy snacking things in my apt..I currently have celery and frozen berries..but something like carrotsticks or sucking on a cinammon stick seems like a good idea for those long study stretches.  That homemade burrito idea sounds yummy..next time I go grocery shopping I'll have to grab the ingredients and give it a try.  What kind of tortillas do you use?

I do good at breakfast, I eat a large bowl of fiber one honey clusters with blueberries in it and about 3/4 cup of skim milk.

Lynn, do you like jump roping?  How much of it do you do?  I've been contemplating trying to work that in.

I'm not exercising at the moment because TTOM has me feeling all achy.  ughh.  Once this week is over, I'm going to behave extra well and try to get to 115 by October 12th (my white coat ceremony).

All in all, I guess the fact that when I ate at maintenance cals I only went up about a lb should make me feel happy..that proves that my metabolism is functioning properly, right?

Okay...I need a quick powernap and then back to the books.  I promise this coming weekend I'll take the time to read more about what's going on with you all!

Guys,

I am failing =(.  I am back up to 120.4 or so (from 119ish) and I think I just experienced my first little "binge".  I'm just all stressed out because school is at full swing now and I'm in the midst of the first round of exams, PLUS it's almost TTOM.  All day today I just have been eating a little of this and a little of that and I'm positive it's added up to far too much, and about ten minutes ago I just ate TWO fiber chew granola chocolate bars in a row.  My only condolence is that those fibers bars are probably the worst food item in my entire apartment.  Just think, if I'd had chips or something around here it could be so much worse. I'm actually pretty terrified by what sort of impact that is going to have on my digestive system.  It just felt like I needed the chocolate.  ugggggh.  =(.

I wish I had the time to read all of your posts and catch up, but unfortunately I have yet another exam and quiz tomorrow followed by another on wed!  Then I can breathe...and maybe get back to the teens again =(.  I feel upset.  It took a lot for me to even get on this site I'm so ashamed..I haven't even been logging food for the past few days.  And it took me forever to get out of the 120's.  I'm back at a standstill.

Help talk me out of this downward spiral...err...I guess in this case it is more of an upward spiral due to increasing lbs. !!

Amandie, Your aha moment is very similar to mine.  Like you, I started feeling antisocial, dreaded when people tagged me in pictures on facebook, all that stuff.  Even worse, I stopped recognizing myself when I saw my reflection in buildings while walking or when shopping -- that sort of thing.  Overall, I felt somewhat ashamed and ...not..me.  I am feeling better now but I need to lose more to feel comfortable in my own body again.  Remember that we always set the highest standards for ourselves!

Lynn, you CAN do this.  *pat on back*

Running is great exercise for your stomach..I also find that doing obliques with small weights (5-10lbs or nothing) .  I also recommend doing leg lifts over sit ups as you are less likely to strain your neck etc.  Make sure you support your lower back with your hands though.

I'm glad to hear about the 10-15% protein as well..most days I"m 15/16%...and since I rarely eat meat, protein doesn't seem to fit into my menu very well.

Lynn:  I can't believe she DRINKS her meals...that's crazy...she must not like food as much as I do..so much of it is texture!  I have encountered some rude people as well...my favorite are the people that post completely unhelpful responses to posts and almost belittle you.  It's bizarre.

I had the weirdest dinner ever tonight.  Didn't feel like cooking, so instead I had an apple with 1tbsp of almond butter, an english muffin with jelly, and a cup of edamame.  How bizarre is that.  But I'm full and satisfied.

Cricket:  You have inspired me to give the stair stepper another chance, I may even try your intervals.

I have a bday coming up and I am thinking of asking my parents for the gofit "lifestyle and calorie management system".  What do you guys think of it?  Anyone have it?  I feel like it'd help me figure out what I am actually burning during the day and motivate me to moooovvvveee!

Consistent between 119.4-119.6 the past few days.   Oh so slow...

Oh good I am glad you don't smoke/dip and that you see your dentist regularly.  It is quite possible that they noticed it and made a note in your chart and just didn't say anything as it is likely benign/normal.  But it is always possible it was overlooked so I think you are doing the right thing by giving them a call =)

Megan, I am a dental student so I know a few things. That being said, I would not feel comfortable with myself or anyone else on these boards giving you medical advice about this.  I know it is a pain, but you really should go to a dentist.  Without seeing the bump, it is nearly impossible for someone to tell you what it is, and there is a range of possibilities, some are completely benign and some of which can be quite serious.  The fact that it has persisted for months also brings up the possibility that it may have been there all along, is a normal part of your anatomy, and you have just noticed it.  However, many oral lesions, including cancer, often present with no pain and can go unnoticed for long periods of time.

PLEASE go to your dentist and go very very soon if you are a smoker or a dipper.  I am not trying to frighten you, as it is most likely a benign lesion, but it is better to be safe than sorry.

So weekly weight in today...

Starting Weight: 120

Week 1 (Aug17-24):  119.2

I'm pretty pleased with that..so long as it doesn't creep back up.  Once I dropped back into the teens I decided to see how some old clothes fit.  I'm back into the suit from 2yrs ago that I wore when I was interviewing at dental schools.  Ironically, back then I remember thinking that I was getting big and I needed to lose weight...if only I had known how much more I would gain!  At least I'm back in control now.

I have never been to sparkpeople before, I'll have to check it out at some point.  Also, that soup sounds delicious..unfortunately I have stockpiled way too much food in this house and I am not allowed to buy anything different (that isn't perishable) until I make my way through some of it.

Hope everyone is having a fabulous day!

Marissa
