Hi Agana and everyone, I'm with you on this diet. I'm a older full time student and work 30 hrs a week and in the middle of separating from my husband as soon as I finish school. In Jan I start student teaching and will have no money coming in only what I have tried to put aside and student loan. The stbx and I are living together until I finish school (how big of him). He gives me money for bills and food for the month so I'm trying to stretch as far as I can to save some money toward that time I'm completely dependent on him in jan to march. I need to drop 50 lbs anyways. I found eggs fro 49cents at Aldi's the other day and salad for $0.99 and veg.soup for 0.45. I need to make myself eat what I take to work for lunch. P.s. my college student friends, be careful of the raman(sp) noodle soup my son was living off the stuff in school and his blood pressure went sky high from the sodium. |

Heck I'm 52, married 33 yrs and and found out my husband is having an emotion affair with a cowork in the same company and she's 49 and married. So he really didnt go younger plus now I"v found out he's lied right to my face texted her 24/7 while being with me and is attached himself to someone who is willing to lie and cheat on her own husband. How stupid can he be. I've even called her and it's oh were just friends- Right! I can't wait to get out of here. Not where I thought I'd be at this age, he's not who I thought he was and thank god I'll beable to support myself. My dad years ago left my mom for an older women so they (men) dont' care where they get attention from. My husband has every toy he could want (cars motorcycles) was waited on, meals on the table, sex life fine, I just was busy with school and work and taking care of my sick mom and I guess such a baby he needs attention all the time - so now he's going to be alone with his cheating girlfriend. Sorry if this is on the wrong thread , just dont' wrap you life around someone. Starting a new life- |

They just didnt' want to hire you and pay you more and probably benefits when they can get another temp person. Highschool german teacher? translator? If you have no strings attached you can to to germany and teach english at there schools - they pay you, find you a place to live and it's fun. My son did it for the jet program - Japanese english teaching - for a year in japan. Good luck with the music thing are you willing to move? good luck. |

I didnt' get to read all the post but I haven't gone crazy after 33 yrs of marriage but my husband has had the longest midlife crisis in history and after forgiving him 3 times for his lying and cheating - I'm gone. Nothing can change my mind now. After the begging from him last time that he made a mistake two years ago that about killed me to fine out again in August that he was having and emotional affair with a coworker - texting 45 times a day 24/7 right under my nose. I cant' wait to leave. I'm just waiting to finish my degree in the next couple months (which I started last time he went "crazy") and just in time to support myself. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me, third time made me a fool. I look forward to a stress free, quite, peaceful life. best wishes to all. |

Don't worry Pgeorgian, I'll spell "Othello" correct, I'm an Education major with a 3.9 GPA. I just thought maybe I could post on here without having to worry about being perfect. That is why I stopped posting on here for 8 months. Guess I was wrong, nothing has changed. Please excuse my mistake, I don't have much time to be on here and have to hurry. This is my first free day in weeks. Sorry to hurt your senitive nature, maybe if mistakes bother you that much, you shouldn't read the threads. I take it because it's a required course for my masters. See you next year, everytime I get on here there is someone that gets off with being mean. |

Donor, I give blood all the time and it tried to donate a kidney for my step sister but we didn't match but she did get one - the person save her life, and gave a heart to another and a lung to something else they had all three surgeries going on at the same time at the same hospital which I'm sure was rare. one person didn't make it but my sister has had an active life for almost 7 years now and hopefully will continue. Someone I work with is needing a kidney and found out good friends are compatable so will happen soon. The one thing my hub and I agreed on was not our eyes - that is the window to the sole. Also, don't forget to get on the bone marrow list! You can make such a difference in someones life. |

Hi all, I didn't read Dorian Gray but loved the movie and play. Boring Readings- The 8 weeks of Shakepeare I'm reading for class right now and that is what I should be doing right now. 8,000 word paper due on Hamlet and I need to read Orthello and do a paper by tomorrow. Surely something better has been written since the 1600's . Boring!

It is not uncommon here at the army post with the guys going to Iraq to have sperm stored. They have been doing it just in case if that is what their wives want. I have two grown sons and one went to iraq and I just can't get what this mom is doing. It is just wrong, but it is a sign of the times, everything goes. Someone asked who with carry it- that is the least of the issue, you can alway pay someone to do that. College girls are donating eggs to pay for their college so if she has the money it's not an issue. I didn't notice a dad mentioned for the man killed so I'm guessing it was a single mom. I would be so beside myself I wouldn't even have been able to think for something like this. Why did it have to be a biological (sp) child? why not just adopt a child that needs a home. Gee, will this led to parents of teens killed saying -Mmm, my child was going to get married and have a family so let me go ahead and do it for them. Wrong is wrong. |

Well guess no one is having fun. My son is getting married next year and my future DIL is have fun figuring stuff out. I went to a wonderful wedding last year for my nephew. It was in his wife'f home town of Erie Pa. so it was right on the lake, we had two floors of the hotel book for out of town guests. The brides family was so wonderful. They gave gifts to all the immediate family. we had the rehearal dinner on the lake. the wedding was at a chapel on the universtiy campus and reception was at the hotel ball room and we rented the presidental suite for after the reception for everyone to hang out with. Of course the car was decorate and their bed was messed up. But don't know of anything else. I didn't get to go to the shower. Hope someone comes up with something for you. |

Sink empty of dishes before going to bed Dont' care for loud noise I don't like used books for library books because of germs. I know I'm a sick person. but some people read in the bathroom and it grosses me out. |

I saw some of the show and turned the channel. Talking about banning guns has improved the sale of guns. I'm not giving up my guns, and depending on where you live alot of other people won't be either. Remember the old saying ban guns and the only ones with a gun are the criminals. It won't stop them. Also, I don't carry my guns around, I guess I could go get a license and do it but don't want to do that since I work for a school system I would have to take in and out of my purse. My sister in law does carries a gun and has for as long as I can remember. Her husband also sells guns. The raised 3 kids, and 5 grandkids without incident. It's called responsiblity. Our boys were also raised around guns. It is going to depend on where you live and how you were raised. People in our area hunt. I still have my grandma's pearl handled gun she carried around the farm. You have to pick your battles, over a wallet - just hand it over. Any robbery where they want money just give it to them. But if you break into my house while I'm house you can bet you sweet a^% I'm going to shoot them. It's my right as an American citizen to bear arms. I have lived in Europe and Greece where the Government runs everything and I'm not giving up my rights. I serviced this country along with my Dad , husband , sister, and son and not to forget my grandfathers to have this right. |

Just for kicks, thought maybe the young people would like to get an older persons view. My husband and waited 6 months, and got married about a month later, that was 33 yrs ago. Good grief if I had to start dating again I'd be lost by reading the posts. But it would be a long time if I dated someone. No casual sex for me, it would have to be a committed relationship, but I also would never marry again and he couldn't move in with me. Hang out, dinner, vacations, fun. Here is a story a teacher I work with told me the other day. She got married last summer. Her hub is in the army and her ex boy (who is just married also) ends up in the same shop as her new husband. Her hub is actually her ex BF's boss now. And of course the exBF's new wife also knows about this. The guys in the shop are having a field day talking about this one. Talk about an uncomfortable situation. |

I did it for about 6 mo. It did help but was hard to find stuff when I was doing it. I noticed that they have glutten free cereal in the grocery and a whole section now. As mel said in the last post if you have something with glutten your starting over. It has to do with your intestines healing. If you have a glutten allergy and we continue to eat in we are doing more damage. There is a blood test that is available. I ended up with uclertive colitic it's like celiac but don't drop the weight . Had to take steroids for a while , not great for the diet. Take care and hope you figure it out. |

I kept putting it in the hallway and the maid kept bringing it back in. I finally put it in a closet. You would think for all the money I was paying they would taken the thing away. |
