| what are you eating? "decent on the food" sounds like you're watching what you eat half the time and that will only let you maintain. | |||

| I know exactly what you are talking about and I'm sure many other people do too! I think it has to do with how you were raised when it came to eating and all the food additives that have addictive components! My dad is a chef so lots of salt and flavorful foods and desserts. BAD! You have to retrain yourself...it stinks! | |||
