After getting down to 174- yesterday I spiked up to 181 (sodium?) and today back down to 175... I am losing interest in EVERYTHING. I totally expected to see a gain just because of my zero effort. I think I am just losing muscle and that is the reason for the drop in pounds. I would rather be a few pounds more and firmer than be so giggly... I feel so squishy??? Ha! I am almost upset at the loss??? I guess I am happy... I dunno.

What shocked me the most was watching the movie Food Inc. I had already cut out eating meat, most processed foods, most fried foods, and ALL fast foods. But that movie opened my eyes to what we buy in the grocery stores. I LOVED THIS MOVIE and it showed me a lot about the foods I buy. I think this movie is a great place to start educating yourself about the foods we eat and feed our families. The only canned foods I still regularly eat is the healthy request mushroom soup and fat free vegetarian refried beans.

4 miles today and 50 push-ups... and I watched My Sisters Keeper too. I think I burned about 1000 calories crying!!! :)  I think my little break is over... Ready to focus on some MILES!!!!

wow! where in the heck have I been. I have been walking and doing those push-ups but FORGOT TO LOG? That is not like me... Oh well, lets see if I can remember where I am...

Friday I did 4 miles and at LEAST 50 push-ups

today I did 2 miles and 30 push-ups

I did not do the motivation challenge... I wanted too but I just don't really know right now what motivates me. I don't feel very motivated to lose the pounds these days. Maybe I will later in the week  when TOTM is over!

No miles though. Piggy needed a break. Bummer cause I was starting to slowly add in some spurts of running, especially up the hills and I don't think she can take it. good question... I remember a long time ago trying to help you come up with a good song... remember that??? I will let you know when I come up with one. Ever since that weeks challenge to pick a song to dance to... I have been dancing everyday! I can't stop!!! It is pretty awesome!!! I put my ipod on and jam around the house cleaning and dancing. I dance so hard I always end up a hot mess!!!

I am probably way too late... but I get dragged out to Mexican a couple times a month. I always go for the shrimp fajitas... grilled shrimp and veggies with no oil... and I ask for the corn tortillas... I skip the sour cream, cheese and guacamole too! Side salad dry instead of the beans and rice... then I get the hottest salsa they have... And that is a pretty healthy and yummy meal, especially at a mexican restaurant!

Smile I am glad this challenge is over! I am ready to start a clean slate!!! That was not a GREAT 10 weeks for me... but I am happy! I was hoping to lose a pound a week... 2 lbs short but I am cool with 178 lbs!!!!

I was ready for another 5 miler tonight... After about 2.5 one of my body guards started limping... so it was another .5 home. Of course NOW she seems fine. I think I must have over worked her today. Bummer... Just when I started catching my next stride my poor dog gives out on me! I hope she will be ready for another 5 miles tomorrow. oh... and 20 push-ups too!
