Make sure that apart from dieting that you are also taking your vitamins. Try taking centrum or a multi-vitamin that will provide you with 100% zinc, iron, calcium....all the vitamins that you might not be getting. Also, you should ensure that you have 3 servings of vegetables and 3 servings of fruits daily. I am sure that these things will help you, along with the comments that the others have said. I know that you want to see progress, but if you are consuming so much less than the recommended calorie intake then you will be hurting urself more than helping yourself. Oh and drink plenty of water! Hope that helps. |

Honestly, I don't think the problem with u is that u are only an emotional eater, the problem is that ur using food to run away from what is bothering u. For 10 months u have been divorced from ur husband and u are still thinking about using him and his gf for motivation to lose weight. I think u need to stop worrying about losing weight only and think about moving on mentally. You might be trying to put whatever happened between him and u behind u, but ur still battling it even if it is a battle occuring in the back of ur head...and i understand. You are just being human. Nevertheless, the bottom line is deal with u and then deal with losing weight or else u never will. |

I found these posting a bit funny, but u know what I think that there are some things that u have no control of...stretchmarks, cellolite, etc. So I agree we should be grateful of having a good working body. At the same time, that doesn't mean that we must be excessively overweight and just gluttonize. We must exercise and be health conscious. Another thing is that we cannot compare ourselves to celebrity. A normal person does not have x amount of money to make themselves perfect and even with all that money they are still not perfect...we need to learn to be contended with what we have and what we can do to make sure that we keep fit. Plus, never forget that inside is what counts. |

| Foods | Low Calorie Desserts...and I mean LOW | Jun 13 2009 18:27 (UTC) |

Most desserts made from apples are low calorie, but the good thing about modern times is that u can just visit ur nearest supermarket and find low fat pudding, cake, icecream, pie...anything! Just watch the calories at the back and enjoy it. Why deprive urself when u don't have to, hehe. |

| Young Calorie Counters | how to get out of starvation mode without gaining to much weight | Jun 13 2009 18:25 (UTC) |

Well u should use one of those calorie calculators to determine how much calories u should be consuming to maintain ur weight and then based on that u can see the amount that u want to take to either put on a couple if u want or to maintain the 92 pounds if that is what u wish. I don't think u will put on back the weight if u were not starving urself. I think if u were eating ur three meals then u shouldn't. It's all about monitoring what u eat. At the same time, I would just be careful about weighing only 92 pounds. That sounds like a red flag weight so just be careful that u don't lose anymore esp. being that ur 5' 3" |

Maybe u can get one of those calorie counter wrist watches and see how many calories you are burning. You are not necessarily exercising, but the more calories you burn the higher chances u have of losing weight. To me every penny counts and whatever calories you can burn, well burn it. You will be seeing results anyways, esp. if you are aware of your calorie intake. So if you end up burning more than your consuming then that will help you definately. |
