Hey everyone!

I'm Alex and I'm turning 15 next month :) I'm 5'1" and I weigh about 114.5. I started out last week at 120. Don't know how I lost so quickly but its probably just water weight. I am looking to get down to 110 lbs by my birthday (July 7) and then get down to 105 before school starts in August.

Hey everyone!

I'm Alex. I am 5'1" and 116-117 lbs (it fluctuates during the day). I've lost 4 lbs already and I am looking to lose another 6 lbs before summer ends. I really want to look good for homecoming this year!

I'm going to a party too! I'm also a little nervous, but I figured out something that I can do....

I'm going to bring some of my own snacks!! I plan on bringing snacks that will allow me to indulge a little but not go crazy and go over my calorie allowance for the day (as i probably would do). Good Luck and have fun at your party! :)

I'm 5'1" and 14 (15 in one month)

weight is 116

I usually wear a size 3-4 from Aero or a 4 from other places.

dont know my measurements and cant find the tape measurer... :/

Wow! We sound totally alike! I'm also 5'1" and I started out a few days ago at 120. I weighed myself today and I am down to 117. Other than counting my calories, I make sure I exercise for at least 30 minutes a day and I have recently started drinking a TONN of water! Sure I'm going to the bathroom like crazy, but it has helped me get rid of a lot of water weight! Also, I changed my diet so that I have very little sugar and a good amount of protein.

Today I had a Yoplait fat free yogurt and Kashi apples and cinnamon oatmeal. Very delicious and filling* for only 260 cals!

*I ate around 8:45 and kept me full until about 2:00!

im 5'1" and im going to be 15 next month. I started out weighing 120 but am now down to 117.

right now....im just trying to stay below 1,800 cals a day....I used to eat A LOT! that seems to be working for me.....but i think in a couple of weeks im going to go down to 1,500 or less.

im pretty active....i exercise for at least 30 minutes 5-6 days a week....also, i have volleyball camp this week and it is 3 hours long.

 do u think that its ok if i eat a little bit more because i am burning a tonn of calories at vball? just wondering.......

I know I dont have that much weight to lose, but its extremley difficult for me to lose weight. I have a 22% bmi. I am trying to drop to a 20% bmi so I can lose fat and gain some muscle. I am looking for a buddy or twin cause I need someone to talk to about this. I dont have anyone at school, or my friends to talk to about this. They aren't interested in losing weight, so i dont think they will care, after all, they are skinnier than me... Also, I would gladly encourage anyone who becomes my buddy, since we both have goals of losing weight and could maybe relate to each others problems about losing weight.

wow i sound just like emily! im between 5' 1/2" and 5' 1" and am about 118 lbs. I did gymnastics for 5 years and unfortunately, I was one of the girls that gained lots of muscle.....i gained a lot of weight during my freshman year so i really want to lose about 10 lbs over the summer so that i can go back to school looking great!! good luck everyone!! :)
