i'm planning on doing as much running as i can, at least 5 times a week! i havent been doing any running or working out since the half marathon. right now i'll be able to run 10 kilometres no problem.
and i got tons of work, i'm trying to get into one of the best business schools in canada next year...i got a full-time job right now in sydney australia...during the school i'm spending alot of my time volunteering for a few organizations...i'm pretty busy. silverbuttefly... my time was 117 minutes, complete crap to me...i didnt push myself hard enough, i finished the race find....was barely tired. after the race i walked another 7 kilometres home. |

that use to happen to me, when i dont eat enough during the day...i binge at night!
how many calories are you consuming daily?!? (seems like you're only eating fruit and yogurt) UP YOUR CALORIE INTAKE! :) hope that helps |

| kat! so jealous that you get exercise in haha...during the week my exercise is walking to the train station to get to work lol.
and yesterday i did not eat well.... BREAKFAST: apple (small) 50 calories oatmeal 150 calories SNACK *BIRTHDAY WORK PARTY*: small veggie patty 200 calories 2 very small vanilla cupcakes with icing 400 calories LUNCH: chicken salad 200 calories DINNER: pumpkin/kidney bean stir fry *AGAIN* (350 calories) SNACK: carrots 50 calories SNACK: 3 apples with tons cinnamon sugar and jam 350 calories UGH, total of 1750!!!! i'm so happy i didnt eat more cupcakes though during the work party...so tempted to!!!! i could of eaten like 10! definitely aiming for 1300 calories today :) goodluck kat and everybody else |

| hey guys! the group seems to be a good size...what do you think blibbly1 (aka. creator of the group)? since its small, it can actually be personal and it'll be easier to get to know everyone..
SO, i'll start, this is what i ate yesterday: BREAKFAST oatmeal - 150 calories LUNCH: chicken & veggie soup - 200 calories whole wheat bread roll - 200 calories chicken salad (TONS OF CHICKEN) - 200 calories SNACK: carrots - 30 calories DINNER: kidney bean/pumpkin/veggie stirfry -350 calories SNACK: two pieces of raisin toast - 250 calories jam - 50 calories caramel candy - 50 calories TOTAL: 1480 CALORIES today, i'm aiming for 1200 - 1300 calories! please give me any advice, tips or suggestions about my nutrition! thanks! | so, on weekdays i dont find time to workout and on weekends i only go on jogs.
today i've eaten.... BREAKFAST: oatmeal - 150 calories LUNCH: chicken & veggie soup - 200 calories whole wheat bread roll - 200 calories chicken salad (TONS OF CHICKEN) - 200 calories for the rest of the day, i'll probably eat: DINNER: huge stir fry with pumpkin, onions, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, cabbage, bean sprouts, zucchini, and kidney beans - 400/500 calories salad - 100 calories SNACK apples 100 calories broccoli/cauliflower with dip 100 calories |

definitely cool with just posting on here! we can say how many calories we're planning on consuming and then the next day we can like post what we ate and how many calories we really did consume or something. we can also post any weight loss or weight gain. um, and just ask questions, give each other tips / advice /motivation! my info / stats: so i'm 5'1, 19 years old, just finished my first year of university, gained a few pounds (stopped exercising) i weigh 97 pounds (i know i know, i'm at a healthy weight range) looking to MAINTAIN, and losing a pound or two would definitely not hurt! i just dont want to gain anymore and control binge eating (i love desserts)...planning on eating between 1400-1500 calories a day! tell me about you guys. your goals and everything! |

| hey! i'll admit i did gain a pound or two....but people who are aware / worried of gaining the fresh 15 are more likely not to gain it. you'll make better decisions when eating!!

breakfast: oatmeal 130 calories coffee with milk 50 calories lunch: cauliflower soup 200 calories brown bread roll 200 calories chicken salad 150 calories and for dinner, i think i'll eat: chick peas: 120 calories tons of cauliflower/broccoli: 150 calories salad: 50 calories and as a snack, i'll probably eat: yogurt: 100 calories TOTAL: 1150 (i'm only 5'1 and usually eat around 1500 calories, just ate alot yesterday so want to cut alittle out today) what do you guys think! i usually eat fruit with breakfast, and no coffee..just was running late |

| CANS OF BEANS - chickpeas, kidney beans
OATMEAL - i have it every single morning
CANNED SOUP - pumpkin and butternut squash are def my favourites
BROCCOLI and CAULIFLOWER - i have some of both as a side for dinner everynight
SALSA - i love dipping veggies in salsa
GREEN APPLES - best fruit....and doesnt go bed as quickly as other fruits
those are the healthy things i keep stocked up on! :) |

just add tons of veggies to your lunch and dinner.....so much fiber and so little calories! goodluck! PS: i find it ridiculously hard to stay full/satisfied at 1200 calories only....and i'm 5'1! |

| hey....a healthy weight range is 95 - 120 pounds! everyones different :)!
i'm 5'1 and 97 pounds....i use to run alot, but have been having sucha hard time finding time to workout with school and my new job!
my goal is 94-95 pounds...which is a natural weight for me....i just need to stop my nightly dessert binge and start exercising again! |
