I've stuck to a low-cal diet for 4 weeks now, and trust me, I was the epitome of a binger before I started this diet. Now, I eat healthy 6 days a week, and 1 day ususally on the weekend, I eat out with friends and family. This one day a week is a reward for me for eating healthy (ie treating my body with care). Of course, I don't binge on this one day but I do indulge in my favourite foods in the right portions. As for controlling my urges the rest of the week, I have a personal reason why I want to lose weight and I think about it every time I feel like giving in. Maybe you should have one too!
