I bought my first jar of Nutella to try it out.  It's very similar to peanut butter in terms of calories, so I thought: cool, a healthy snack with a bit of chocolate flavor.  Yummy.   So I scooped some out onto a pretzel, and I couldn't stop eating.  I ate the whole jar in 4 nights!!!  Yikes.  Anyone else have this problem?

HHAHAHAHAHA! wHO IS NOT ADDICTED TO NUTELLA u must ask:P

I used to eat 1 big jar in 4 days as well!Especially during exam period at uni! It was times that during the day i was eating only nutella!:P Well after i put on weight( during summer due to lack of exercise and cr'epes:P) I stoped eating and i maybe have once a month a bit on my bread! Because otherwise, i am so addicted to it that if i taste it i will want to eat the whole thing!:P

 Even though i have in the house because my fiancee eats it( he can it anything he wants without putting weight on) I just try to ignore it and say I Must Not eat nutella becuase it has a lot sugar in it, and sugar can cause problems to your health and also sugar makes you have cravings afterwards and then you eat more sugar an dyou get fat and ungly with wrinkles because sugar makes you look older if its in high concentrations etc blah blah blah

SO i dont eat it!:P

Welcome to the group!:) You can ask me anything about CC! You just have to keep your self thinking about your goal and stay focused to that! I am sure you can do it believe me! Every start is tough!

You CAN DO IT! Here you make your meal, You make your decision about what you are going to it, so choose what is best for your body, not what you crave( but you can have some chocolate, better dark, or a cookies once in a while)

If you have in mind that what you it has an impact in your body then you make a better and healthier choices!:)

hello there,

dont worry its just that you eat very little and you burn a lot and your body its in a starvation mode! i guess u burn more than 2200 a day so u have a deficit more than 1000 therefor you body  its hanging there believing you are in a starvation mode!try upping your callories to 1400-1500 and see how it goes!if nothing happens,then up it up to 1600! i am 100 % positive that if you do that you will shed those last pound away! but, dont lower your intake after start loosing again, the same thing will happen.

dont do so many rep try limit them at 10-12 and 3x with not a lot of weight otherwise your legs will grow bigger.you build muscle!and also dont do such a high intensity on elliptical you make your muscles grow more! try HIIT  or interval training,jogging, aerobics, yogaetc

ps. you will not put on weight if you increase your intake! If it increase it will be water retention-dont get scared

Hello everyone,

I am Elena quite new to CC , but I tried out those wokrouts and by the 10th min I couldnt go one( I am exercising regurarly doing at least 2 hours a day aerobics,jogging etc), i really feel my muscles sore in just ten min!( i am not fat or overweight, i am at a healthy weight)

Believe it or not!I think it works! Try it out and you will see! You just have to do it the right way in order to work!
