Hello everyone...hope you all are staying motivated!!!  I think the best thing about myself is that im a laid bck individual..maybe sometimes too laid bck...lol...and I have a great sense of humor...Tongue out

Absolutely...My wkend was fairly good, .Well I think its great that your still trying to improve your body even though its not through weight lose.  Are you thinking about doing some body building or are you just wanting to add on a little more muscle...I've heard of some ppl that want to add a little muscle here and there but then once they do they get "addicted" to the results...lol...and want to take it further.  I can easily see how that could happen..lol...once you see a little muscle development you would wonder to yourself well i wonder what it would look like if i developed a little more....

Well yes I am tryin to lose a substantial amount of weight...I started the beginning of this week and have done well so far...usually i can do good for a day or so then fall off the wagon, b/c either get an overwhelming craving and such...towards evening and night seems to be the worst...but so far this week i have followed everything to a T.  The beginning of this week i weighed 350lbs...i am 5'10..and 24 yrs old...so i have quite a ways to go.  right now i am goin to the gym 5-6 days a week...mostly cardio right now but going to start some strength training nxt week also...the site said i should consume around 2200 calories but im sticking to around 1800.  What about you...has this sight helped you..and what are some of your goals??

thanks for the encouragement it actually came at the perfect time...b/c i really didnt want to go to the gym today...being 8pm and im tired but after reading your post im heading my ass to the gym...lol....thanks...and feel free to add me as a buddy also..
