Ranch is 100 cal per tea spoon!! Make your own dressings and be creative; it is not hard to stay under 100 cal a spoon-full!  Mix olive oil with balsamic vinegar and water add a spoon if maple syrup to sweeten it. Egg yolks emulsify dressings so try oil vinegar an egg yolk salt pepper and some grated cheese. Any sauce you like dilute it with vinegar or oil or water and they make awesomedressings for example a thin humus, tezki, or pesto.

Last fall I started going back to school and I love it. I cant tell you to go back enough. Most schools have evening programs for the working with some classes only meeting once per week. Go online and file your financial aid paper work today google FASFA thats for pell grants and just do it. Good luck

I almost never weigh myself I know when I am putting on fat. I probably weigh more when my waist is slimmer because that means I am actually working out

I find that I am harder on my body than other people. I'll be damed if I put on an inch but then again most men I date tend to have more than an inch to pinch kinda boyish babby fat. Who knows what is ideal.

Wow the body obsession pressures of the gay man!! I am not in my 30s where the weight is starting to stick and I am PANICKING! my 6 pack has a covering over it I know what to do about it but am just too busy to take the time. I am glad I discovered this strand of chat and maybe I can find a motivation bud out of it. LA is I think the body obsession capital of the world and I will tell you I haven't squeezed into my speedo and hit the beach yet this summer. I feel there is a huge pressure to maintain slim toned or built as a gay man when I was younger it was easy now it is slightly harder

Sauteed cabbage rocks   thinly slice half an onion then mince it mince 3 cloves of garlic cut a cabbage in half then cut one half into quarters (save the other half for another day) remove the center core on the 2 quarters then slice each quarter into thin strips. heat a deep sause pan with 1 tbs olive oil when hot add 1 tbs margarine or clarifyed butter (clarifyed butter has a higher cooking temp before it burns) and the onion cook the onion till it starts to brown then add the garlic wait 2 minutes and add your cabbage strips toss the cabbage around to coat it in the oil mix add 3 tbs water and cover (it makes it wilt faster) 5 minutes later uncover and mix cook about 15 minutes on med heat or untill it starts to burn on some of the edges  add salt pepper and a tbs vinegar

Maybe what we need to do is put in mandatory training for 2 reason 1 job readyness 2 keep them busy. That could be a partial solution but judging is not. Now in my personal opinion I think they sould legalize drugs and tax them.

as far as the powders go taste is not the important factor because you can allways reflavor them price and quality are the main factors also usualy the better something tastes the more of what you dont want that it contains  Whole foods has a vanilla powder that is cheap it comes in both soy and whey the soy I belive is 10 bucks only and the whey is slightly more neither are all that sweet for the choclate add some more co co powder and for the vanilla add some more vanilla and some sugar

I love cabbage no matter how you cook it. Cabbage soup with short ribs is my fav foods in the world but seeing as you dont like to cook it here is another one.

using a slicer thinly slice a head of cabbage, mince a hand full of fresh basil and some dill and combine. Lightly squeeze the juice of half a lemon over it drizzle with olive oil  1 tsp of vinigar salt and pepper and let marinate 30 minutes  Good Stuff

london broil is lean it only had fat on one side and you can cut it off after cooking   first make a rub     Garlic powder, 1 clove crushed garlic, peprica, salt,pepper ad alittle water just till it is a crumbly mix then add oil to thin it out a little   wash the meat and dry it rub it down well a few hours before you plan on cooking it. Reserve some rub for later so make plenty of it. Set your oven to broil and let it heat up fully. If you have a broiler pan use it if not just use a bakining pan. I like broiler pans because they provide a place for the drippings to go down(fat). place in the oven 7 minutes a side for medium medium rare. after you flip it put more rub on the top you might want to give it 10 minutes not 7 after you flip it. After cooking remove and allow 15 minutes before cutting this allows it to finish cooking. Meat cooks for 15 minutes after you remove it from the oven so do not over cook it or it will become tough. Now for the sauce I like a horserddish sauce. Take prepared (in a jar) white horse rdish and mix in equil parts with sour cream or mayonaise either or then add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar    HAPPY B DAY and best of luck any further questions send me an email on here ok

I take a fry pan with a cover put some oil in the bottom and heat it then I add 1/4 teaaspoon margarine some hot pepper powder and some hot sause throw in my kernals and coat them in the hot oil then I turn the heat all the way up cover shake constantly and pop  add salt at the last minute

With all of the bad in the best of us and all of the good in the worst of us who are any of us to judge?

Next off too all of you who are judgemental of others look at your own family. After years in the entertainment biz and promoting/hosting events partys I know what your kids do. Do you? While your kid is suposedly sleeping over at her friends house she is really candy flipping at a rave. As for your husband did he really go out with the guys after work or was he at a key club blowing lines with a stripper?? Everyone is allways quick to judge but seldom catch the problem in their bedroom. Do you know how many times guys would ask me "do you think my wife will notice I am high"? Commision friday hits and they go out after work does this sound like your husband.

When I am super hunger I make a baked potato. They are filling, fast just 4 min in the micro wave and low cal as long as you dont put alot of junk on them.

I am totally against drug testing of any kind! My business is exactly that and when ever I have worked for a company with random drug testing it was used as a tool to get rid of people! Who in here hit a joint this 4th of july weekend? I had this one job my boss asked me to come in early sat morning instead of the afternoon my reply was I cant I get out of my other job at 4am the next question was what else do you do  I promoted for a night club at the time and told him we had a laugh he said sound like fun every Monday morning after that there was a cup waiting for me. sorry about the run on   but in my experience drug testing is a bad thing!! Now as we are on the topic of the government doing drug testing that is ilegal the same as wire tapping when they start testing welfare recipients the next step will be to invade our privacy too. Before you get to saying well I would pass a drug test would your kid? your Husband? Do you really know?

You are still growing eat a sensible diet and you will be fine. Eat, not too much, mostly vegetables and you will be fine. I am a body conscious **** so I understand the need to be thin. DO NOT eat fast food learn how to cook so you can eat a healthy balanced diet and feel good. I eat about 2400 cal a day. Yes I know it is alot of food but its alll good stuff out of my kitchen. I also drink about 100 oz of water a day. This is the best advice I can give you so listen up. Fat sticks to fiber so eat plenty of veggis and water pushes everything out and cleans your system drink plenty of it!

Moderate exercise builds lean muscle tissue with out building bulk. The more lean muscle tissue you have the more calories you burn. Even if you are lazy do the better than nothing work out 20 push ups and 2 sets of 20 crunches a night. If you do 2 sets of 20 crunches a night you will have a six pack into your 30s I do!

I am totaly against factory farming and crulty to animals! I also know chickens were MADE yes I said made to produce eggs for our consumption. No other bird lays eggs every day! Still they must be treated ethicaly and not pumped with hormones because it is bad for us and them. As far as honey goes there should be no ethical problem with eating honey especialy with how it is collected these days. In the days of the egyptians ok it want an ethical thing but the way it is collected these days there is no harm to the animal. I understand being a vegitarian I am half vegitarian myself but I think vegans are NUTZ!  In countries like India where the Hindus are vegitarian for the sake of respecting the soul of the animals they still drink milk and eat cheese!

scales are BAD you should not waigh yourself more than once a week. Your waight can and does fluctuate by atleast a pound over the corse of the day so it is important to waigh yourself at the same time every time. drink plenty of water consume fiber and avoid simple carbs excersize and you are doing all you can to lose waigh

First off honey production might be commercial but it aids out commercial production of fruits and veggies. THIS FEEDS US. Bees do not compete with other pollinators for example humming birds (I luv em) pollinate only tube flowers this does not help with food production only our onramentals. Bees are not abused like other factory farmed animals or starved due to the taking of the honey. Spring honey is not good for us to eat it is the product of the first weeds to bloom there for is saved for the bees. When you hear the specificity of the bees diet for that honey it is because it was used in the pollination of that crop during that honey production. Next off as far as pesticides used to kill mites in bee colinies  bees are insects so you cant use pesticides but menthol is commonly used; furthermore the honey lobby is responsible for many pesticide restrictions.
