you could get somebody to drive you out 1.75 miles with all your running gear and run home and you can't just turn around because you know youll never get home if you stop. if you insist on the tredmill, get an 18 minutes playlist and either start it  :30 - :90 seconds after you start and just finish it. you could also not look at it and when you hit 18:30 seconds on your watch then look at it. you could also bump up the speed .1 or .2  and go the same time, but yo would evidentelly go further. also, but mental notes everywhere. fridge, cabnets, microwave, room, mirrrors saying " BELIVE " in all diffrent cool writings (:

hey, im a runner too a national level runner, and my time is 17:58 for 3 miles, but to make it to states you should be around 21-22 min. and that will put you at the back of the pack. it also kind of depends on which state and the courses you run on ( hilly, flat, road,grass ect; )
i would do one long run a week ( 50-70 min. ) one intreval type, 1 day rest and the rest just easy distance of 30 - 45 min. (:

welll i got my mile time to 5:18 which is a big accomplishment for me because im not that much of a miler! butt todays eattss

breakfast:protein smoothie (600) egg olmlet on ww pita with ketchup(200)     &nb sp; Snack:banana100)      ;

and i seriously something might be wrong with me, i even eat this amount when i just like like 4 mile runs and i don't gain weight. i weighed my self early this am and am stil only 93 lbs, do you think something could be wrong?

hey everybody! sorry i havent posted in forever, but ive beeen supper busy!

these past two weeks i probably averaged 3500-4000 calories a day! also running about 8 miles a day 6 days a week!

but todayy

breakfastt : 2 eggs, squah, green red and orange peppers, with ketchup and some cheese! a smoothie with : greek yogurt, milk, banana and blueberriess!

snack : green peppers ,carrots and pita bread with garlic lovers hummus

lunch: wrap. 1 huge WW totilla wrap ( 260 ) 4 oz. turkey, feta cheese nuked in micro then added spinach, mayo, salsa & tomatoes! then had a cut up apple with 2tbsp. pb and cinnamon. glass of milk with chocolate syrup & sprinkles!

snack: powerbar

snack: small bowl of pasta with tomatoe sauce , 2 slices WW with honey

dinner after racee : salmon (4oz) with a huge spinach, corn. oil and vineager! protein smoothie, yummmy day (:

later : small icecream cone to celebrate (:

hey everyone, sorry i haven't been on here for awhile, i went on vacation: :)but good to see most of yall are doing well :)

annd for todays eatss :

breakfast: mango ( HUGE ) with 1/4 cup of full fat pina colada yougurt ( 60 ) and 1 cup of soy milk ( 100) 1 serving of oatmeal ( 150 ) with whole milk ( 150 )

^^ i know thats not much at all but we had literally no food in the house bc we just got back! but then around 10 went to the grocery store!

snack: fruit bar ( 70 ) and healthy choice turkey thing ( 220 ) with a huge salad of... lettuce, carrots, cabbage, and oil based red wine vinageratte( 150 )

lunch : whole weat bagel ( 260 ) peanut butter ( 190 ) and jelly ( 100 ) banana ( 110 ) 1 cup of frozen yogurt ( 180 ) with chocolate syrup ( 90 )

snack : powerbar ( 230 ) banana ( 110 )

dinner: 2 servings of pasta with butter ( 450 ) corn on the cob ( 100 ) and sweet tea ( 80 ) 1 slice of toast with honey ( 100 )

snack : 1 serving of vanilla yogurt ( 170 ) with total ( 110 ) and cinnamon and honey( 70 )with rasins( 50 ( mixed in :)

how many calories does a mango have ? ill guess about 100

totall : 3390 :)

workout : 6.5 miles at a crawwl, like 7:50 pacee!

i know its crazzy! well i am a runner and also have a VERY fast metabolism and am trying to gain weight so i have to eat a ton! and i don't make up my meal plans, but do want to try! you really do have to eat a lot :)

breakfastt : 2 packs of oatmeal made with whole milk & raisins & pb! 1 whole weat bagel with turkey on top:)

snack:pretzals with 4 tbsp. pb and an apple with maple syrup

lunch : 3 HUGE baked potatoes with ketchup and hotsauce. cookedd cucumbers, corn and celery with olive oil! one of those giant soft pretzals with cheese and 8 oz. of gatorade.

snack : pre run-banana, honey & ricecake. a lot!

snack:post run-smoothie:  3 scoops of soy protein powder, a ton of; magos peaches pinapple, 1.5 bananas, 1 cup of whole milk, vanilla cinnamon sugar and honey!

dinner: 2 sandwiches : 1 pb and applesauce and 1 tukey! 1 cup of icecream with honey and granola on top. apple. 2 more packs of oatmeal with honey and cranberries.

snack : 1 whole weat bage with eggs, cheese, veggies and turkey on it! 1 slice of vegan pizza! and treat : 2 hershey kissses from boyfriend! dark chocolate ;)

hey thanks so much for the suggestions!

and about the fat thing, nuts are very good sources of mono and poly unsaturated fats, which are VERRY healthy for you, same with olive oil and coconut oil! and for sodium, some people have sodium defencies and it can take double that amount ( people like me ) ! i wouldnt worry about it to much, but i know mustard and canned veggies have a lot :) and i don't know if you got my last email, but if you can help me out with the meals tha'd be great!

hey everbody! today i ate a ton and am almost embarrased to write it, but here it goes :

breakfastt : smoothie ( full fat vanilla yogurt, peaches, pineapple,strawberries,mango and banana) 2 servings of oatmeal with full fat milk and cranberries! (800)

snack:cookies and cream milkshake from chick-fil-a ( 1000 calories )

lunch:3 sandwiches! 1 turkey with mustard 1 pb and applesauce and one jelly with honey:) brownie from grammys food thing! italian ice, greenbeans with butter and apples ( 3 ) with about 3 tbsp. pb each~ (1100)

snack : 1/2 bag of pretzals ( 800 cals. ) chocolate syrup and a ton of honey. ( 400 )

dinner: 2 personal pizzas and fudge marbel icecream about (1200 calories)

snack: hugee salad w. corn red wine oil dressing carrots & celery! (200)

fellt sickk though. i always do that! someonne hellp!

sumerlovinx, i think that is! but thankk you and i usually eat a lot, just that one day was not good. AT ALL! and keep stickin with the running, you could be goood, and 9 min. flat is better that 65 % of americans!

annd for today ( baby sitting all day, expect a late night 5 mi. run ) at 7:45 pace-killed me going that sloww :(

breakfastt : mango,peach,pinapple and strawberry smoothie with G2 ( surprisingly good ) annd plain vanilla yogurt with vanilla. 2 servings of regular oatmeall withh cranberries and rasins & cinnamon sugar!

snack : blueberries withh honey!

lunchh: 2 bananas and tons of blueberries with honey, pb( 2T ) applesauce ( 3 oz ) sandwich( you gotta try it and tell me how it is ). Full fat black cherry yogurt that was nasty bc it was frozen and then unfroze but still ate it all. 1 swiss roll, verry bad for me, didn't feel good after, think im allergic or something?

snack/dinner: can of tuna with lettuce corn celery carrots and homemade dressing w. olive oil spices and something else! protein smooothie! milk ( had to use skim, absolutely skickning ) a little cream to give it thickness, protein powder, banana 1.5 cups of ice and 1 cup of both straberries and pinapple! 2.5 servings icecreamm ( birthday cake ) cinnamon, sugar, choc. syrup! apple

snacck: huge salad with apples, olive oil,carrots,celery & corn! 2 slices of toast, 1 w. pb and one with Flufff :)

its amazing! but yeahh my main event is the 5k and my time is 18:55, but i aloso do the 2 mi. in 11:38!

breakfastt- protein powder, banana, peaches, mango &pinapple w. greek yougurt (blueberry) and whole milk:) 1 serving of apples and cinnamon oatmeal and another of regular w. cinnamon sugar and rasins. delicious :)

lunch-huge salad with corn, celery, carrots, spinach and lots of olive oil! another smoothie with the same thing in it expect strawberry greek yougurt!

snack- ( sounds nasty, buts very amazing ) A WHOLE CUCUMBER :) with like 4 table spoons of all natural pb!

dinner- 2 honey and fluff sandwiches, 3 ricecakes with pb( 1/2 T ) and honeyy!full fat yougurt. vanilla crisp powerbar! and a few pieces of shrimp:) like 6

snackk- GOTTA HAVE IT from coldstone cremeryy. sweet cream icecream with sprinkles and hotfudge :)

hey!

todayy i changed my plans and this is what i actually ate:

and ohh! btw i really wanna get to 100 lbs. and i really do eat a lot, yesterday was kinda lighter though bc i didnt run!

bk: smoothie and mangopeach oatmeal! whole milk. btw all this is either soy milk or whole milk.

snack: italian ice and half a turkey sandwich

lunch: 1/2 stukey sammy lots and lots of brown rice like 4 total cups a big salad w. olive oil and red wine vineger!

snack: apple and 2 1/2 big ricecakes withh chocolate syrup!

snack: biig huge 64 oz. protein smoothie ( 5 scoops of protein powder--> 260 cals. 28 g. protein ) 2 bananas and a peachh with whole milk and cinnamon sugar.

dinner : salad w. olive oil, corn, chick peas, cabbage & carrots. 1 full fat breyers yougurt with 2.5 cups of kashi.

snack : 2 cups of ORANGE SCREAMM-> its vanilla icecream and orange sherbert swirled! chocolate syrup, peanutbutter, honey & cinnamon sugar. ( BEST THING INVENTED) and 2 pieces of 100% whole wheat and whole grain bread smothered with banana applesauce and a little pb. ( about 1 Tablespoon )

i might be going out tonight later and that will probably be some thing else. either a fruit or veggie or toasst! or all 3 :)

workoutt :

5 miles @ about 7:28 pace progression run. start at 8min/mi. end around 6:45

4X150 m. hill reps.

haha and SO far today, ive only had breakfast and lunch

breakfastt: milk. banana yougurt cinnamon protein powder smoothie! and peach mango oatmeal ( homemade )

snacck : italian icee 1/2 turey sandwich

lunch: 1/2 turkey sandwich, lots of brown rice w/ veggies salad with celery carrots chick peas and tomatoes! and some jello :)

AGAINN, THIS IS ONLY THROUGH 1:00

but planned :

pre run - banana and ricecakes with honey

5 mi. east and some hill repeats

post run: powerbar & gatorade

dinner: chicked breast (4oz) pasta, fruit salad. banansa apple and kiwi

snackk: yougut ( 2 cups ) with 3 cups of kashi cereal!

hey everyone, im new here.

today i ate a lot, but i have a fast metabolism, and am a competetive runner

lunch : brown rice, squah. a huge salad with red wine vinagrette, cucumbers and carrots.

snack-angel food cake, icecream/sherbert and chocolate syrup. apple & 5 big ricecakes with honey and dark chocolate.

dinner- banana, turkey ( white meat ) 3 cups of bran flakes and cherry vanilla yougurt. 1/2 c. frosted flakes and 2 squares of dark chocolate.

snack- apple with honey. chocolate milk with soy milk and sprinkles. & a turkey sandwich with lettuce tomatoes mustard red & green peppers :)

i dont know how much this is, anyone want to guess.

and i am currently about 5'3'' and go anywhere between 93-93 lbs.
