if you're a teen then yes. i used to feel this way when i was on an unhealthy diet, and you may be in starvation mode... i would recommend eating the calories anyways |

One morning I woke up to have my usual coffee, and realized there was NO splenda. i was looking obsessively everywhere around the house thinking maybe there was a packet somewhere but couldn't find one anywhere. i was freaking out for some really weird reason and started pacing and got into my mom's car to drive to a store and buy some. i went to the local loaf and jug and they had nothing. i just kept looking for a drink i could have that was 0 calories and everyone in the gas station was looking at me like i was a phsyco. oh man what was wrong with me! never going back to those days... if i just used a teaspoon of regular sugar it would only be 15 calories! but i couldn't handle those empty calories. gah and i would hide measuring tools and spoons in napkins and bring them in the living room to measure the cream so my mom wouldn't notice, and immediately stuck them under the couch when she walked by. i was so obsessed! and i have no memory of anything good in the last 6 months.. :( I HATE ED and i'm never going back |

this is really inspirational :) i lost so much weight because of my stick thin friends.. thinking i was overweight unless i was like them! now i'm underweight, it is miserable. i am working on gaining the weight back! much better athlete before.. :( and had some curves. so glad there's some teens with the right mind set for their bodies! |

yeah! peanut butter always gets those calories up, and whole milk haha. i don't even feel super full or like i'm pigging out, i'm so full of energy now lol. |

focus on the right now, don't fear about tomorrow and if you are going to be gaining too much weight. it will only lead to stress! which you definately do not need right now. relax, take it all in, stop worrying about the calories really listen to your body. thinking about how many calories you are eating will just stress you out more. your body needs the nourishment if it was healthy it would NOT need this much food so it won't last forever. your body is thanking you for all the much needed nutrients! |

okay! wow your almost my exact weight and height! i know it really is crazy how much muscle i lost in my arms, it makes me so mad at myself. posting old pictures of myself when i was healthy motivates me a lot more, so that might give you some motivation in gaining. being healthy will be worth it. tell me how your progress is going too. it really is hard to do this alone, having someone to motivate you always helps :) |

This is exactly how i feel! i've been striving and working so hard at fitting into a 00 jeans for some reason.. and now that I've got here.. I hate it.. i was looking at pictures from when i was about 7 and my body just hadn't hit puberty yet and my body at the moment looks so similar to it. It's disgusting! Women are meant to have some meat on their bones. I thought the womenly curves I developed were chubby but they really weren't. That's why I'm working on getting back to the old me. :) i was super healthy at my old weight and looked much much better. I'm just gonna have to fight and keep telling myself this body is not natural, it's not something to be jealous of. It is like it's two personalities, one wants to get healthy again, the other thinks it's yourself turning obese. You have to realize it is truly for the best. |

Okay thank you so much for the advice. It really helps alot because I've been so confused about it. I will get an appointment as soon as possible before i start upping the cals because i've read about how dangerous it can be without going to a doctor first. I'm gonna start with cutting back on the exercise. |

Ah so I'm not on my dad's insurance or something so he can't schedule an appointment with the doctor.. should i just try to gain on my own? I've been eating the maintenance calories for me for like 2 months and i'm down to 97 pounds. This isn't good. :( but thank you for the support! |

Yes i feel cold allll the time, and i think i was starting to lose my hair. I've been maintaining at the moment because i need to see a doctor before i try to gain weight i'm just really scared. I'm definately weaker i can't hold up a stunt anymore in cheer and it SUCKS! I used to be so much stonger :(how much weight did you gain? i remember being super uncomftorable at that weight but if that's what it takes to be healthy again i'm definately up for it i don't think i've had my period for like 7 months! |

5'4.. around 100 pounds i wear about a size 0-2? i'm not sure it's always different depending on the brands. |

round off backhandpring tuck. roundoff 4 backhandsprings or more.. i can do a lot of random stuff on the trampoline ha standing backhandspring i can run 6-7 miles if i try in about an hour i can do 50 push ups in a row and i can stand on my head for forever lol i wish i could be better physically but i'm too lazy haha. :) and i'm pretty good at stunting! as you can tell i'm a cheerleader. |
