i recently have been eating say 3500-5000 calories i guess?

i don't know what portions i should be taking in. advice?

oh and is there a difference if i eat alot of junk food(biscuits?chocolate?)

should i be eating more healthy stuff like oats?cereal?bread? instead of junk food?

i couldn't help and binged again. from morning till like 3pm i have eaten
4doughnuts
2plates beehoon
10 chipsmore
20 tiger biscuits
7 cake slices
2 deep fried spring rolls
2 packets oreo.

i feel so bloated. but i can't stop. how??

i'm really scared i put on alot of weight! yet i want to fire up my metabolism. what should i do?

will all the calories i've consumed be absorbed by my body?
how'll i know if it is?

my bmi is 14.my heartrate is like 45 right now...

when i binge i feel like i might as while eat all i want since i need to gain weight anyway. how much would you consider as an appropriate amount of calories? i'm 14 years old around 162cm? i feel like bingeing alot it's like either starvation or binges. how do i control??

and does it make a difference to my metabolism if i eat alot at once (increase calories intake) and if i increase it gradually?

breakfast: resource 2.0 : 500 calories
snack: 2 hello panda
       &nb sp;   40 digestive biscuits
       &nb sp;  40 chips ahoy
           2 doughnuts
           2 cinnamon roll
           1 pandan cake( pound)
lunch: 1 bowl brown rice
           2 serving fish(deep fried fish)
           3 serving veg( fried brinjor)
           2 serving fruits(apple and durian)
snack: 30 jam biscuits
           10 oreo biscuits
           2 hello panda
           1 protein shake
dinner:2 white bread
           3 slice ham
           2 egg omelette
snack: 2 cups chocolate milk

hey i'm recovering from anorexia too. i binged the entire day (8000 calories?give or take) and on very unhealthy stuff. but look at this the better way.

you're feeding your body to health!
your body has a set weight which is where it'll fluctuate around
you're revving up your metabolism

i agree it's terrifying! i feel it too but i try to think positively! hey one binge won't kill you. the binges will stop when you're recovered!(: THERE FOR YOU! (: (:

i've just begin refeeding and i consume like 8000 calories at least per day. i feel rather horrible. but i look on the bright side(: i get to enjoy food. restore my body health and i'm revving up my metabolism!!
