OH and I was so weak doing such few calories!!! And I've upped my calorie intake but probably not enough because I still feel week sometimes. The only thing that frustrates me is that I've never been able to control what I eat...and I finally had a grip on it! |

Yeah that's what happened to me but at 2 months...I was dropping the weight like crazy and I came to a stand still...It was so frustrating. But I'm going to eat more calories...the only hard thing is to find high caorie food that's not aweful for you...and it's hard to eat that many calories. Do you have any high calorie foods that are good for me so I can reach that many calories a day? |

I know I shouldn't want the instant results...it's just that I was out of shape when I got pregnant and so to get back to where I was is still bad! But you guys are right...I'll try to loose it the healthy way....but if I do lots of small healthy meals throughout the day it should be better than eating the way that I did before even if it's the same amount of calories right? Here's another question...Do you eat 1500-1800 calories a day plus all of the calories that you burn (like 300 for breast feeding and 300 for exercise) which would mean that I have to eat 2100-2400 calories a day or do I just stick with the 1500-1800 cal a day and burn the other 600 calories? I'm really new at calorie counting, as you can see! |
