I BURN 4,000 CALORIES A DAY. SOMETIMES MORE IF I HIT THE GYM TWICE. I EAT AS OFTEN AS I CAN THROUGH-OUT THE DAY. I DONT THINK IM TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE MUSCLE I HAVE BUILT. I TAKE MY MEASUREMENTS ONCE A WEEK AND I HAVE LOST INCHES BUT THE TIPPING SCALE IS KILLIN ME! I'VE COME TO THE CONCLUSION TO STAY AWAY FROM THE SCALE AND WORRY MORE ABOUT MY INCHES..B/C NO ONE BELIEVES I WEIGH AS MUCH AS I TELL THEM I DO ANYHOW. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP! |
