I will tell you but I dont think I will stop now. Yeah ive been having one treat meal a week, I had hot dogs last week lol ;) And if I get peckish ive started having a really small portion of something like a small hand full of dry cereal because I know I will feel guilty if I eat anymore, its quite good. :D |

Thank you, I think I will feel good about it because Im not eating what I was going to but I still get the treat. Im just going to enjoy the 3 days and be good afterwards :D I have gave up on the hulahoop for now because we are having a heat wave and I can't be bothered because Im already to hot but as soon as It cools down then I will try again :) |

Yeah, very true, I will not give up because I will regret it. The more treats I eat the longer it will take to reach my goal and I dont want that so I will be good. There, thats proof that I have said it, you have permission to shout at me if I break it lol :) |

The reason I am asking about it is because ive only been eating healthy for about 2 months and this is the first time im having a takeaway. Sorry about writing the name wrong, I thought it was the best way to describe it. Thats a good idea about the apple, I think I will get that and just pinch a fry off my friend :) With the drink ill just get a bottle of water or something, or I could buy a drink that isnt as bad as pop from another shop and sneak it in ;) I don't feel like I will enjoy the treat less when I actually get it because im kind of enjoying thinking about it and thinking about the possibilities that I could have. I am also using it as motivation to keep eating healthily and not give into temptation because im finding it hard atm. I break up from school that week so I will make myself a fitness circuit to do everyday, It will make me feel less guilty and if I do it for the week, i might end up enjoying it and wanting to do it more, I doubt it like, but its worth a try. I think I am starting to like natural and fresh food more and actually appreciate them more and feel better once ive ate them, Im happy about this but I still do miss the nice take away food, even though they dont seem as mice anymore because they are full of fat and I havn't had too much fat for ages. Maby after ive ate all of that then I wont feel like I need and treats for a couple of weeks which will be good. I am a little bit confused as some people have said different things but basiclly If I keep eating healthly and have small portions of the foods at the party then It shouldnt make too much of a difference. Well done with drinking water all night, a lot of people couldnt do that :) I think my weight might jump around a bit more also because im a girl and im my mam said that our weight goes up slightly at that time of the month but i don't know if she is just making it up. Im trying to only weigh myself once a week to stop the dissappointment when it goes up. I try to think of my goal and imagine the feeling when I reach it, some times it works but sometimes i think, what the hell ill never reach it anyway. Its strange because im really close, I only want to loose a few lbs but I just cant do it, the closest Ive been is 2.5 lbs away and that was last week but it has got up again, so confuzing. And Im still at my nannas house so I feel really awkward asking her to change things just for me, but I will mention it. And yeah, with the hula hoop im sure that one day it will just click and I will just do it, but I am going to buy another one as a dont think that one is heavy enough, it just wont spin properly Thanks for the advice :) Good luck with your weightloss! |

Maybe I should just have a little bit of my friends kebab, just maby to take the craving away but have my tea before I go so I have an excuse not to get one. With the McDonalds i really dont want to change my order, I think I will just get a happy meal. It wont fill me but I will be walking around for the day do I wont really be thinking about food hopefully. And I will just get a small milkshake. I got the idea about saving my calories from my mams diet book, It says we are aloud a 100 calorie treat every day but we can save them up if we want, so i am going to try and do that, I think thats healthy? Thanks for the very quick replys :) |

Today I looked in the fridge to get my lunch and :o :o :o, there was lots of cakes! They were all different shapes, sizes and colours. There was a big cake then a tray full of little cakes. I nearly cryed, they were so tempting but I just ignored them and thought about them allday at school. I suppose I feel a bit better that i didn't touch them. Just thought I would share that lol. I really should try to excercise regularly. Apparently hula hooping is really good excercise so I bought a hula hoop, and discovered that I am hopeless at it. I just really cant do it, but i could still feel the excercise just trying so Ill have to keep trying that. I think I will start regularly trying every night on monday. I know what you mean with the fruit, I did that one weekend with fruit but without the chocolate. And when I weighed myself on monday I had put on 2lbs! I was so shocked, I didnt dare try that again. Its really hard to eat slowly but I will try to make it a habit And yea, ill have to make a habit of drinking more water Thank you all |

I think I should try nuts because I like crunchy nut cornflakes and I think ive just got it into my head that I dont like them, I have no idea why lol Same with the eggs, ive only tryed scrambled egg and it was absalutally gross! I daren't try any more, but fried eggs do look nice (if that is the flat white one with the yellow blob in the middle) so I think i will try one for breakfast when I go on holiday :) And I eat fruit for lunch so the meat in my sandwich will balance it out I dont know how to make cake so i will just have to experiment with ingredeants and see how it goes Thank you for all the info & ideas, you are awsome :D |

Wow thanks, that is a lot of information! I will try some of these things, but I dont like fish, sorry, but thanks for writing it. Last time I had fish I was sick and ive just been put off ever since, but I will have to try it again sometime, even though the smell puts me straight off lol. The problem with the bread is that Im staying with my grand parents and I just use their bread and i would feel very awkward asking them to get a different bread just for me So if I eat fruit, what should I balance it with if I dont like nuts or eggs? (sorry, im a really fussy eater, I know) I love cheese but I never eat it because apparently its really fatty, I could have a slice every now and again though, thanks for the idea, I started to forget it existed. And im just about to have my tea so im going to take my time and think that it is filling me and hope it works. And this is a bit random but if i make a homemade cake then do you know how many calories it would have? i think it would be a good treat since i will know exactally what is in it Thanks again! |

Chrissy1988 - I dont know what stats are sorry. I think I should focus on my fitness but i really cant motivate myself, and i have no where to do it. Im am 15 so i live with my parents but i dont have a personal space to go and excercise, i would go in my bedroom but i dont have one, family problems. And i hate the local gym, and i would have to walk home on my own but i live in a scruffy town and i daren't walk on my own. As for calories, Im not sure, yesterday was about 1500, and that was 3 meals and a treat.
Calaxis - Its the most annoying thing isnt it. My mam thinks im only imagining that im hungary because im dieting so i cant have too much, but its not. I am trying to just have a drink when i get hungry because sometimes people mix up thirst for hungar, but that never seems to work either. Its very frustrating. And thanks :)
naturalrunner - I eat white bread every week day in my school lunch and pasta some nights for tea, but that depends on what mam is making because she has to cook for the whole family. I try to eat slowly because apparently it takes 20 mins until you start to feel full but I just end up getting bored and eating quicker. If you could tell me some filling meal suggestions that would be really appreciated.
