That is a great idea. I never thought of freezing yogurt. I will try that. Thanks for that.

Thanks for that. I do snack in between meals, but I intend to snack a little more than usual. Thanks for all your input, I am going to be trying everything.Smile

Thank you so much for all the input. I will look into that book and that smoothie. My problem to is I have to watch the sugar. I am not diabetic but my blood sugar has been known to be high a little bit. My doctor calls that prediabetes. It is hard to find food with low calories and low sugar. But I am willing to try anything at this point. I don't know how to count calories but I do have the book on it. Thanks for everything.

Workouts include:

Mon-Treadmill-30 minutes. 

Tues-Cross Trainer-30 minutes and weights, usually legs & abs

Wed-Treadmill-30 minutes and weights, arms & abs

Thurs-Cross Trainer-30 mintues and weights, legs & abs

Friday-Treadmill-30 minutes and weights, arms & abs.

Saturday-Only do cardio for like 60 minutes.

I eat like 6 times a day including snacks. I think I am going to up my cardio though to 45 minutes instead of 30. I am toning really well, just the belly fat is there. It is slowly getting smaller.
