wow! i guess this is where i am going wrong, to say the least i drink about 4-7 cans of coke a day!! so i guess this woudl be the root of the problem, i started drinking only water and i will try and avoid all sugar, its somewhat annoying because everyone says something different, i looked on youtube and a training instructor was saying "it doesnt matter if you drink coke, because it has a few grams of sugar" this wont affect you at all, hence me not giving it a second thought .. |

thanks for all the replys, i have another question, if i drink soda's such as coke will this have a huge impact as opposed to drinking water? some people say that its just a few grams of sugar and it doesnt matter? some freak out and say to really stay away from it .. which is it lol? also before working out (which i do 2/3 time a week) i take whey protein, 2 full spoons with water, what will this do? in terms of weight factor and in terms of burning? someone told me it will be hard to loose weight when i take whey protein because my fat converts into muscle? |

Im 19, 1,86cm, 87kg, also i regulary take whey protein? not sure how much that is but i take it with water before doing weight exercises (3/4 times a week) |
