Make sure you are adding in your activities to your activity log. This will help your burn meter adjust and personalize to you. As far as I know (going by when I set up my account) you choose your daily caloric need yourself. You can adjust it higher or lower in your settings. Normally you are only going to want a difference between burn and intake of 1000. That will give you the 2 lb a week weight loss that is recommended. |
