nunofreak, I'm assuming you meant 1700 calories.  I'm jealous.  ;)  I pretty much decided to let it go today.  I have been under my limit by about 300 calories for 3 days, so I treated myself.  Tomorrow, I'm back on schedule.  I'm hoping it won't make a HUGE difference.  I should be back on schedule by Monday, though.

Bah back.

I'm guessing 2800 or so.  My plans are the same as yours.  I don't think I'll be able to even look at food tomorrow, anyway.

Hi DreaGirl!

Thanks for the advice!  Hahaha, I know how important breakfast is and I actually do eat it, always!  =]  I've been analyzing my eating habits and realize what my problem is; it's just going to take some time to adjust them.  Thank you, also, jcpow928, for your information on the body's ability to process calories.  After all the studying I've done on nutrition and health, I've never heard that.  It seems that I've nailed my problem.  Thank you, both, for replying.  Just from today, I feel I finally have a plan, a plan that WILL WORK!  HOW EXCITING!

If there's anything I can do to help you, at all, let me know.  I really do have quite a bit of knowledge and experience with nutrition and dieting, as unbelievable as it may currently appear.

Thanks guys!

I think it's so great that you started this forum, Nicole.  It's nice to know others understand.

Today was a good day right up until I got home for the night.  Instead the sugar-free jell-o and sugar-free hot cocoa planned, I ended up stuffing down the following:

-A pickle

-A cup of Special K

-A small handful of mint M & M's

-Sugar-free hot cocoa with whipped cream

-A big spice cookie

-Sugar-free jell-o

So, this is kind of thing that tends to sabotage my diet.  I really need some advice on how to avoid this binging.  I'm naturally a night-eater.  I generally eat under 300 calories before 4pm [not starving, promise-just the way I eat].  Between then and seven o'clock is my main meal of the day.  This usually ranges from about 400-600 calories.  I plan a snack for the later evening and nearly always go through with it.  I usually get home for the night at around 8:30.  This is when it tends to go down-hill.

I need some advice on how to plan my calories to avoid binging.  Should I be eating more during the day?  Dessert is my biggest weakness, so I'm thinking of just going on a three day no-dessert plan, just to break the habit.  Suggestions please???

The size of clothing will differ due to body shape and frame.  If you're going for a size six, find out the measurements for it online.  Compare it to your own measurements and figure out how many inches you need to lose.  Good luck!
