cant really explain why its like i just have to because im used to it ....never skip it

what do u mean bad for the hips ?

the situps just slowly made my stomach musclyr and just keeps it that way .. so that i have a flat stomach.

my goal is if its possible to lose more down to 47kg and keep it that way -though muscle weight more then fat so is the situps gaining weight?

some times when i have time i go play tennis for an hour not on reguler basis  but even with that i still do 2 hours .

although i dont count calories intake i just eat whenever i feel like it ..

i dont find it boring aslong theres a tv screen music or any show .

so if its not a problem then its all good , thnx :)

basically to maintain how i am now although i'd rather lose a few pounds....if its possible to lose and keep that too

 i used to be a year and a half ago about 58kgs and dropped down to 47.. and now ive been for some time at 50-51.
