| I've found that when I get them, it helps to start walking briskly, and breathe in deep, expanding your stomach with the breaths.
Make sure you drink plenty of water. :) |

| Hi everyone. I'm 159lbs. I fluctuate between 156 - 160. I'm 5'11. I've been running since about August when I weighted about 166lbs. I've gained about 3 pounds in the last month. I hope its all muscle. Well anyways. HI. | |||

^_^ I love running. My city is actually having a 5k race that weekend. My goal is sub-22 minutes. My best so far for 3.1 miles is 24 minutes. I'm excited! |
