I've found that when I get them, it helps to start walking briskly, and breathe in deep, expanding your stomach with the breaths.

Make sure you drink plenty of water. :)

My fastest time so far is 21:46. I've been training a lot recently, so maybe I'm faster now. Congratz on the hard work so far!

Ahhhh.

I am so thrilled right now. My goal was sub 22min and I ran the 5k in 21:36.

3rd in my age division, 17th overall.

Not bad for my first race ever.

Hi everyone. I'm 159lbs. I fluctuate between 156 - 160. I'm 5'11. I've been running since about August when I weighted about 166lbs. I've gained about 3 pounds in the last month. I hope its all muscle. Well anyways. HI.

I love running. My city is actually having a 5k race that weekend. My goal is sub-22 minutes.

My best so far for 3.1 miles is 24 minutes.
