hmm we did a 1 mile cool down.... but i had lots more energy left and felt like running more. so i just ran 2.6 miles on my own.

besides affecting training for the next day, would there be any other negatives?

like would it hinder my speed/strength/endurance training?

 

i dont mind junk miles honestly as long as i feel fine afterwards XD

yeah we do hills....

cross training? well, we run 6 days a week with sprints and strength training every other day

..... but i add in 4 weight training days (2 for upper, 2 for lower)

i thinkkkk i set a new record for myself (although i'm not exactly sure of the mileage) but all i know is that i ran something over 6 miles in 47 min. now :D SUPER HAPPY...
and for my "long run", i thinkk i did lik 9-10 miles? who knows, but i still feel full of energy :)

it started after 1 week after i increased my milage by 1 mile after training @ 5 miles for about 2 months...... so i dont think im over doing it?

 

i can walk and run... just annoying.
doesnt hurt AT ALL sitting
hurts when i put pressure on  it
um.... i dont know which side  i perfer/ if i lifted anything heavy......
its just isolated in the buttcheek..... NO shooting down leg/ lower back...

 

urgggg dont wanna bother going to dr :(

iiii um do 1 arm day, then leg day, then rest day, then repeat :) is that okay? its not 2 consecutive same muscle groups soooo yeah

meh, i just diagnosed myself with ocd b/c its the "teenager" thing to do......i like to eat crusts (my older post)

haha. its not a big issue at all.

 

 

i'll try that....but is there something wrong with keeping my routine?
anddd is there something wrong when a workout gets too easy? like..... no negative affets or anything, right?

..... would 15 be okay?... just seems like a more "even" number to me XD HAHA. yeah, my problems :/

 

 

um... b/c it seems so... guyish..... X( okay, i said it.. and i dont really like people thinking i "Work out" with weights and all.. and me trying to be stronger.... kinda.... get a "i'm a weirdo" feeling :X just self concious....

whats wrong with the reps? is it bad?


i take breaks inbetween my upper body section though.... i divide it into 3 15reps..... for the 45x ones..

 

 

 

i'm afraid if up put up even more weights, i'll become realllll BULKY.

i guess i'll just have to try not to pick off the crust
and yes, i admit i did something really rude picking off the hwole pie crust from my brother... but other times, its not like that.. that was a bit too extreme

 

 

yeah..... i just wish ppl wouldnt be so involved in other ppl's eating....... just let me eat my crusts alone and dont make me feel weird >: [.

 

 

but then again, i ammm a weird eater..... not like "weird""weird" but in a way i eat DIFFERENTLY than everyone else... like i LOVE spinach, but when i eat it, friends go ,"EW p;lease dont eat that." and they even turn away or look down!
**and i'm weird in a way that i can still have an appetite even IF i hear of grose throwup stories and etc....... and i'm not scared of like "food diseases".








overall, i guess i just feel too different from anyone else when eating and feel alone (lonely):(...... nice to see here ppl that do have same habits as me though :D so rare

nonono, the transcript part was BECAUSE of the "consistancy" thing..... if i go from jv tennis to jv xc, then it wont look good. but a jv tennis to varsity xc will look good.... so thats my biggest delima.

 

 

i get around 30 min or less for a 4 mile run, so i think i'll do pretty good in the 3 mile :D

and yeah, i looked itup, we do have a summer training thing startng august.. i think i'll try that out..... but guess what, for 2 of the days, tennis lessons get in the way XD haha.

 

(i've been training on my own for a while though... dont know if its the "right" training though.... just run 5 miles a day, 4 weight training days, stretches.... then 2 tennis per week) yeah, i love being active :D running beats alll!
okay, thats it. you guys convinced me to go practice with the team for over the summer....  and i actually kinda wish i'll drop off the tennis team :0omgsh!

hm, i guess its nice to know i'm average :D yippeee! but varsity seems more fun......

you see, the JUNIoR varsity (me) tennis coach told me to join cross country ONLY if i can make varsity or it won't look good on my "transcript".... (I hate school)....... i should have done x-country fromn freshmen year... i loveee running so much more :( its just that my parents paid for tennis lesssons and alll..

oh, haha

 

crusts have the most calories than the "filling"... hehe didnt know that... but either way, i want to try to quit this habit before i get in trouble :(
