the tools on this web site is usually pretty accurate if you put your activity level and everything in you shouldn t go into starvation mode the more you start loosing than you can do it again and up your calories

hello im 5ft3 i weigh between 130-135 i wa142 in march i have been eating from 900 to 13oo cals daily i excersice 6 days a week for twenty minutes sometimes more sometimes less i just started doing cardio today i still have a bit to go but im not as motivated as i should be so good luck and it seems like your doing well to me

thanks cheatin i do the slimfast because i dont really know what to eat instead im not so good at this calorie counting yet i would love for you to help me with a menu if you dont mind i do cook for my family but if necessary i can cook me something seperate thanks

i know where your coming from ive always been small my whole life now after my second child im struggling to loose ten pounds i hate everything about dieting i hate counting cals and most of all i hate having to put less on my plate than on my six year olds plate its very easy and tempting to stop this diet and say screw it . i do cheat a little but it helps me one day out of the week i eat what i want just as long as i dont go crazy so instead of looking forward to something that seems so far away i just look forward to the oneday i can eat what i want . it helps me alot ive been dieting and excercising for three weeks now and yesterday i fit into two pair of pants that i didnt before so just hang in there and dont give up

that confuses me to if your suppose to burn more then you consume well im on the 1600 cal a day diet how in the world am i suppose to burn more than 1600 cls a day

i would go by cals but you also have to consider your fat and carbs
