Health & Support An odd question about wheat Oct 04 2009

Nope - it's simply the wheat, as any form of weat gluten will do. I realized it was spesifically what protien because when I eat setien (a wheat protien meat substitute made spesifically from wheat gluten) the cravings go away. I have also found that the simple wheat breads I make with nothing but whole wheat flower and water (would it have time to ferment from mixing with water and pan frying like a pancake?) do quite nicely to keep cravings at bay, and some of the wheat bran cereals actually have masked the cravings. Thank you for the sugestons though, and that is something I have never heard of before.

Peaceful Planet's protien shakes are not only yummy, but I also use it as a multi-vitamin.
